Huge, fully-stocked family kitchen (high chair + dishes, pack 'n play, full spice rack, baking pans & more!), wraparound private deck, fenced-in side yard off the deck for dogs! Pool table, ping pong, piano, board games, 7 TVs, FP, lots of parking. Home office w/strong internet, printer/scanner/copier, whiteboard + easel for leadership retreats! Cleaning note, for peace of mind: We machine wash EVERY comforter, ALL bedding, ALL blankets, no exceptions, after every guest (Surfaces wiped/disinfected, floors cleaned, etc). Grocery shopping? When we travel, we hate store runs to spend $ on garbage bags, zip locs, paper towels and more. So, we stock these for you, as well as 3 coffee stations with 50+ variety coffee + tea, sweeteners, TP, extra pots + pans, Nutribullet, deep fryer, gas grill, smoker, extra wooden clothes hangers in all BR closets,  and much more. We stay 15 minutes down the road, so if there's a problem, we're happy to come by! House needs major upgrades!
Positives: Host tries to be helpful Negatives: - This home needs a major overhaul in EVERY SINGLE SPACE! - MOLD and rust in all bathroom areas. Bathrooms have been retro-fitted with cover up liners for shower / tub combos from decades ago - Basement is cut up in a wacky configuration ONLY to fit in more rooms; charge more - garage door is boarded up - there is a reason no pics of back of home - No closet doors - Personal junk or left over junk from other renters everywhere - Back slider no lock on the handle - Outside of home needs to be power washed - certainly home is in the woods but some of the guests had bites on them that were NOT mosquitos - came from sleeping in the basement - Hoarding of items inside every cabinet - we used nothing from that house - it was scary - Unkempt backyard - needed mowing at best - supposed to be dog friendly but dogs can't go on the front yard and backyard was extremely tall weeds - Entire house smells musty or has a chemical spray over-top in an effort to mask the underlying issues - Outdated baby items set up on arrival even though we rented indicating everyone 21+ yrs old - tried to pack up items but items broken - did our best to shove into open closets - basement door to most bedrooms is an disaster waiting to happen - hopefully owner has good homeowners insurance Would like to post pictures of this house to provide an honest assessment.

This Place was great and worked well for us celebrating a 50th birthday with 5 couples! Very spacious with lots of rooms and things to do. The house is also a short drive to so many great towns like Greenville, Hendersonville, and Asheville!

Fun Family Vaca!
This house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us, and the two upstairs bathrooms had double sinks with huge vanities. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every imaginable pot, pan, and cooking utensil, including a blender and an air fryer! Our kids and grandkids had a blast shooting pool, playing poker, and catching fireflies 😊. We were perfectly located to go to Lake Jocassee (one hour), the Green River (45 minutes), downtown Greenville (15 minutes), and to see waterfalls. Geoff and Amy were incredibly responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation
The place was nice and large, but one of the rooms had no window and a very very hard mattress. Two of our guests could not even sleep on the beds and had to get a hotel room!!!!! The location was good, convenient to Paris Mountain and downtown. It was clean and there was ample supplies. However, there were a lot of rules in reference to the grass, etc. that put a damper on things. There was a hot tub listed and there was no hot tub which would have made some of our guests happier. Thanks.

Five Stars for this Fabulous Home
Over Memorial Day weekend our family and friends gathered from across the globe to celebrate the marriage of our daughter. Geoff's home was the perfect place to house our family and the bridal party. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the cabinets are stocked with spices, napkins, paper towels, detergent, foil/ plastic wrap . . . Just like being at home. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Each bedroom is cozy with ample space to put away clothes. The basement game room was also a hug hit. We absolutely felt right at home. The location was perfect for events we hosted at Paris Mountain, downtown Greenville, South Wind Ranch in TR and Glassy Mountain Chapel in Landrum. Five Stars for this fantastic home away from home. In town for our son’s wedding. Had family traveling in from many different states. Had 13 people staying and our pups. House was so spacious and so well stocked that there were no trips needed to run out and get stuff. It was great to spend time with the family and be close to all the events we had planned. Perfect Family Spot in Greenville

Feels like home
The house is lovely. It has an open floor plan and plenty of bedrooms, so you can hang out together or have quiet time alone. It has everything we needed for a BBQ feast at home, and is located a short drive from both dowtown Greenville and Greer for dining out. I highly recommend this vrbo property.

We held a college reunion. 12 people in the house so we filled the place but the owners have the house stocked. I've stayed in many VRBOs and this one was very very well equipped. Highest marks for communication and responses with the owners. We very much appreciated that.

Great place to stay for any event!
We were in town for our daughters wedding and needed a place for our extended family and friends to stay with pets and this house was PERFECT! It was less than a half mile from The Hollow at Paris Mountain, and provided very easy access to downtown Greenville. The house was well equipped, really only need to bring your food and drinks (excluding coffee). The multiple coffee bars is a GREAT touch! The communication with owners was SUPERB from beginning to end, I have never had someone respond so quickly. Thank you for everything and if we are ever in need of a house in Greenville again, we will be in touch.

SC family vacation apot
Our large family group (including 8 children under 10) had a great time together. The flexible bedroom spaces helped parents manage bedtimes, and the large open living area accommodated game times and conversations. We took advantage of the beach at the state park (5 min away) and accessibility of Greenville nearby. Geoff was the most responsive host we've dealt with to help with requests and needs.

Unexpected disappointment!
Upon arrival the house had a strong cleaning smell like heavy usage of some kind of commercial type lysol product throughout the upstairs. ESPECIALLY INSIDE THE FRIDGE. Upon opening the fridge the smell was so strong we decided we couldnt put any of our food inside and left it all in our cooler. My eyes itched, my throat felt scratchy and I found myself clearing my throat constantly. The basement level smelled musty which is where all the fun activities for the kids were, but they didnt want to spend any time down there because they said "it smelled weird". (it did) We spent the night as it was getting late, when i woke up my eyes were immediately irritated and my throat was burning and I had a constant cough. We decided to leave. I wrote to the owner letting him know all of this, i followed the directions for cleaning up after ourselves as far as how to bag up sheets on the beds we used etc and tried to run the dishwasher which didnt appear to work. We could not stay here as it was clearly becoming an upper respiratory issue for me. I do not suffer from asthma or anything like it and this has never happened to me before. The owner said that they've never had this problem before and offered to come over with more cleaning products. In my opinion adding more of the same cleaning products wouldnt have helped. The house appeared to be clean. Within an hour of being away from the house, all the symptoms I had experienced disappeared.

Family Weekend
Property was perfect for my family to stay together while celebrating my mother in laws 90th birthday. The whole family is now 6 families with souses and 1 grand child. The location as well as amenities allowed extended family that live in the area to gather in one place and be together. Thank you for having pets as well it made it easier for my son who has a dog that is on his last legs and needs to be tended to constantly.

We bought our home years ago, we actually got married in the living room in 2013! We completely remodeled it over the years, with enough room for all our teenagers! However, we love traveling and seeing both the world as well as short staycations within a 1-hr radius of our home. After staying at a few AirBNBs ourselves, we decided to begin renting our home, and we love sharing it with families coming to town for special occasions. We have a condo 10 minutes away (downtown) so we're always close by if you need us during your stay.

Most of our guests are large/multi families who like to cook and don’t want to spend a fortune for spices you use a teaspoon of once, and leave. When we travel, we hate running to a store to spend $ on 20-25 things so we try to stock some basic things most people need…like a variety of seasonings in our spice drawer rack, garbage bags, paper towels, aluminum foil/wrap, ziplocs, Tupperware, coffee (50+ varieties)/hot chocolate/hot tea bar w/sweeteners, pastas, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, extra pots + pans, Nutribullet, deep fryer, gas grill, smoker and more.
