Welcome to our Home at the Lake, a three bedroom two bathroom home with many modern conveniences located on the North Shore of Oneida Lake. Close to State boat launch. Opened May- Oct. We have plenty of parking and a u shaped driveway for easy maneuvering of trucks with boat trailers. We just added a new fish cleaning table and there is an outdoor electric outlet for your convenience.
Main bedroom has queen size bed and private bath. Second bedroom has double bed. Third bedroom has a twin bed suitable for one person to sleep. All bedrooms have TVs. Living room has a window air conditioner and plenty of space for watching tv or just hanging out. Air conditioners are installed by Memorial weekend and taken out the beginning of October. Main bedroom and second bedroom have window air conditioners. The smaller third bedroom does not, there is a window fan for this bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. We provide all linens and plenty of towels. Front deck has a beautiful view of the lake. We are not lakefront property. The back patio has plenty of room for relaxing. Lots of chairs, gas grill , and hot tub . ( use at your own risk) Children under 16 only allowed in hot tub only with adult supervision. Large back yard. We also have a horseshoe pit and bean bag toss game for the adults to enjoy. Our property is about 45 minutes from the NY State Fairgrounds, about 20 minutes from Sylvan beach amusement park, 45 minutes from Turning Stone casino, 45 minutes from Destiny USA and about 45 minutes from NBT Stadium ( Home of the Syracuse Mets). Fall is so beautiful here. The foliage in October can be spectacular! Don’t forget about Walleye fishing on Oneida lake in October.

A cozy stay!

This home was cozy, comfortable, easy to find and access, and within such lovely scenery. This was a trip home to NY to visit family, so the location was convenient to where we needed to go and to the airport. Such a smooth process and the hosts were happy to communicate with any questions. The pictures don't do this abode justice. We would hands down stay here again. Thank you, Theresa!

Relaxation and Tranquil

Very clean property had difficulty getting in but my husband fix that. Very quiet and relaxing! The house has everything you need! Bathtub needs a pull bar floor of tub very slippery! We loved the decor of the house.

Graduation Trip

Super clean, comfortable house! Hosts are very thoughtful. Plenty of towels & pillows. They even had snacks & bottled water waiting for us. Nice deck with a view of the lake. There's a hot tub too! Easy highway drive from Syracuse. It's 45 minutes from campus & worked out great for our daughter's graduation weekend.

Weekend on the Lake

We truly enjoyed our weekend on the lake. The house was perfect for our needs and had a beautiful view of the lake. We wish we were able to stay longer and spend more time at the house, but we were busy with family in the area. Hopefully, we will be back so we can get a chance to try out all the games in the backyard.

Just what we needed

The property was clean and exactly matched our expectations, based on the description. It has a great view of Lake Oneida, a beautiful back yard, and porches on both sides, perfect for a cup of hot cocoa on a cold morning. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. I would recommend staying here if you find yourself needing a place in the area.

Clean, quiet get-a-way with beautiful view

We recently stayed just under a week at this property. We had space to spread out and relax in what was a busy week for us while attending a family wedding. It was clean and very welcoming. Very quiet and private. A nice rustic get-a-way with all the comforts of home and a beautiful view of Oneida Lake. My family was on the other side of Syracuse, so it was a little far out for us and we did a lot of driving back and forth. If you want a little vacation to relax and get-a-way, I recommend this home.

Amazing house with all amentities and great location.

This is the fourth time my fellow fishermen and I have stayed at this house and have had a great experience. This house is very clean and well decorated. It is very close to the boat launch. The hosts are very nice to deal with. We will surely be back.

Wonderful!!!

6th vacation at Oneida Lake. This property was so far above our expectations from previous rentals. The home is lovely, spotless, with everything you could possibly need and more. The property is large and private. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub even though the weather was cold, and we used the fire pit every night. The host even supplied the firewood, which was a first for us. All on all a great vacation! We will be back!! Thank you

Comfort and joy

The home was clean and our hosts were very accommodating of our special need for parking. The home has helpful kitchen tools that you don’t usually find in a vacation rental. It might be mentioned that there’s no dishwasher. We did not find that a drawback even though we cooked most of our meals. I subtracted from the location stars because the property was pretty remote. We were visiting the area to see Corning Glass Museum, SewardHome, Tubman Home, Erie Canal museum other sights and this added drive time. If you are more interested in playing in the lovely yard, then this location would not be sn issue. We were close enough to receive Pizza from Joas in Cleveland and it was quite good. So was the halibut dinner.

Great vacation!

The property was great. Better than anticipated. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The hot tub rated highly with the ladies, and the fire pit was wonderful. View of the lake from the front deck was beautiful, and sitting out there made our morning coffee so very enjoyable. Can't say enough positive about this property.

Great Place on the Lake

We booked this back in the spring. We didn’t know anything about the area and just chose a place within an hour of Syracuse on a lake. What a lucky find. We loved everything about the experience. Our four yr old grandkid loved the swing ssndbox and horseshoes. The dogs loved the backyard (I fenced) and the neighborhood. The house was thoughtfully equipped especially the kitchen. Sitting on front porch watching the lake was awesome. Lots of nearby activities: Sylvan Beach, Discovery Zoo near Rome, Verona Beach splash pad and swimming beach, pretty good food in SB. All in all if you want a lake house near Syracuse this is a perfect rental. Enjoy.
