Second Time Visiting

I love this spot and this was the most relaxing long weekend I can remember in a long time. Sitting out on the screened in porch and looking at the ocean was so wonderful. My daughter really enjoyed that the pool was heated! Great stay.

2024 beach vacation

We get a condo every year for the same week and we have transitioned away from hotel lodging as it’s crowded and aren’t really fit for families when you have to cook and clean. This condo was almost perfect! Almost: the bedrooms stayed crisp and cool with the air conditioning but the living room into the kitchen never got under78-80 degrees. For my hot natured family we were not able to hang out in the evenings and we couldn’t eat hot food at the dining table as it was just too hot. The seating in the living room is also not fit for lounging with the kids and the suede couch in the living room didn’t feel like they would be cleaned easily, not to worry we covered it with bedding so we wouldn’t track sand or anything on it. Also there was no cleaning multipurpose cleaner to clean general messes but we did run to the store to get these items. Also with the humidifier running and the AC not able to keep up with the heat, there was a slight smell that we managed with a little air freshener. These were not deal breakers for us as we understand the heat and overall turn over of the condos. We appreciate getting to stay there and we would consider returning if the AC issue is resolved. We think the AC unit simply isn’t powerful enough for that whole open space. The kitchen had great cooking supplies! Washer and dryer worked great! The pool is a plus and offers relief from the sun coming in off of the beach in the afternoon as the buildings provide shade at the perfect time!

Very comfortable

I really enjoy this property. It has everything I need, and is very comfortable The only cons I have are the steps. They can be a beast when carrying items and luggage. Also, I love the screened in porch, however the air unit is on the porch making it almost unbearable.

Awesome condo right on the ocean

Fantastic condo. Super clean, directly on ocean (literally about a 3 minute walk onto beach). Location is fantastic, very close to Barefoot Landing. Pool was clean and well-maintained. The unit was quiet....people were outside having fun in the evenings, but no crazy party atmosphere. We popped back and forth with our kids all day for lunch, naps, etc. Condo had everything needed for cooking, smart tvs in living area and bedrooms, and provided use of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. With little kids, we SO appreciated not having to lug this stuff down. They also had a pack and play for our toddler! Owners are very responsive and kind. We are already looking at dates for next summer. One tiny area of improvement....stock just a few more paper products. We ran out of toilet paper, and would have been nice if there was saran wrap, foil, salt and pepper, etc. Mainly because we always forget to buy these items. That is literally the only area of improvement I can think of. Loved this place!

Awesome stay !

The condo was super clean, and decorated in a classy, beach theme. Great location- maybe a 1min walk and you’re on the beach ! There is also a storage closet outside that has beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards. The area was quiet . We had an issue with lack of hangars , and Steve( the owner) replied to my email immediately and brought hangars over . The owner is very responsive to emails . I’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with and responded quickly to questions before and during our stay. The coffee maker wasn’t working when we arrived, I let the owner know, and he had a new one delivered in just a couple hours! Access to the beach from the property with a shower and hose off area before heading back inside was great with 2 sand loving kids. The in house laundry was a great addition to our stay.

Home Away From Home

The owners of this property provide everything one could possibly want for a "home away from away". The unit was immaculately clean. The master bed was most comfortable with the best pillows. (I needed a "felt like sleeping on clouds" experience and I got it.) The unit is located far enough from the main highway (Hwy 17) to have peace and quiet, but close enough for convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The only non-positive things I have is: 1) the shower heads are a bit stretch for a short person (however, nothing that tippy-toes couldn't handle), and 2) the building does not have an elevator. (After the first trip, even this didn't matter much because I got the best exercise and there are only three flights.) (smiles) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The unit is well-maintained and most comfortable. It really does have a "homey", comfortable feel. Because everything was "in place", we did not have any contact with the property manager, only to say, "we have vacated the unit". Thank you, Steve and Eileen, for providing a wonderful "home away from home" experience.

Perfect stay at the beach

We had a great time at Steve and Eileen place. Location is incredible. The place was clean. The condo is very well equiped and furniture is comfortable . Communication with the owners is very good , they respond quickly to requests. We certainly would like to comeback in the futur. Robin et Lise

Great stay

We stayed at this place a few times now and love the location, beach access and storage closet on the first floor. It’s a quiet building overall as well which works great for our kids who have early bedtimes. We had an issue with the cleanliness once and the owner actually refunded our cleaning fee the next stay. We appreciated this greatly and it was certainly better this past stay. We typically arrive for a late evening/night check in so having a place ready to go when we arrive is a very high value to us. Would certainly this place again!

Overall good

We love the location, convenience and the outside storage closet for all our beach items. The building itself overall is a quiet place, and not a very busy beachfront which we loved. The company who helps manage the property seems to be lacking. On arrival there was a stain on the couch, the stove top was dirty, one of the bunk beds was not made and the floors needed to be cleaned. The management company provides minimal supplies, one trash bag, one roll paper towels, minimal dish detergent, etc so certainly bring your own supplies. Also access to outlets in the bedrooms is not easy. With our children we bring accessories like a sound machine and for us chargers. Therefore we brought a drop cord this time with extra plugs so this would be easier for us. With all that being said, we have stayed at this place twice now and plan on staying a third time. It truly is a great location with a great price. Honestly just a few tweaks and it would be perfect. Overall we had a great time.

Great Beach Getaway

Great condo with great views

Great location!

Right on the beach making it so much easier to enjoy the ocean. Great view from the condo of the pool and the ocean. Very clean and appreciate that there is space to “move in” for a week. Definitely recommend it!

Our new favorite!!

This was truly a gem!! My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was so peaceful and quiet yet right over the pool and steps from the ocean. It smelled great and was very clean. We absolutely plan to be back. 10/10. Ps. The stairs are a blessing due to all the extra vacay eating. It was good to burn off a few extra calories. We didn't mind them at all. And the view is 100% worth it😊

Condo was very nice but those stairs were a killer. We are older women and had a hard time doing the stairs. Never was the floor listed on the condo. when we got there we had to figure out where it was and what floor. By chance we looked at the closet number to see what condo number we had.
