If this space is desired to be utilized please contact host to have an additional fee added to the reservation. This additional space includes ~1,200sf of beautiful living space including an additional bedroom / 1.5 bath, office area, a fully-equipped additional kitchen, family room, laundry and separate enclosed back yard with travertine patio, gas grill, umbrella, comfortable patio seating including loungers, artificial turf and putting green. This completely separated living area is connected to the main home through a set of double doors (kept locked unless utilized with main house) that lead to a closet/buffer room (also usually kept locked) that offers sound protection and complete privacy or can be opened to the main part of the home upon agreement.
