Spoil yourself and live in the lap of luxury in this phenomenal beach home with a private pool, spa, two decks, ping-pong, well-appointed chef's kitchen, spacious living, and dining areas, six comfortable bedrooms, six baths, queen sleeper sofa, elevator, parking for six cars and unbelievably close to the beach and we supply the beach chairs! Nothing has been overlooked for your comfort and convenience. An outdoor dining table that seats six is perfectly located next to the grill and pool area. If you enjoy music while you dine outside, let Mother Nature entertain you with the sounds of the swaying palm trees. Oh, and when we say you are just steps to the beach, we mean it. You'll be wiggling your toes in the warm white sand before you know it. Settle into your favorite spot on the beach and splash in the Atlantic Ocean. Let the soothing sounds of the waves at high tide ease your stress and refresh your spirit. Build sand castles, soak up the sun, and enjoy watching the stars appear in the dark night sky as they sparkle on the water like diamonds.

Perfect Golf Trip House

Everything about this place is awesome. since we were a group of 20 golfers, the huge basement / garage provided ample storage and still had plenty of room for games. Beach is right there and the provided chairs and beach activities were awesome! 10/10 would stay again

Our stay at 18 Heron

The home has a great layout. First floor with 2 large king size bedrooms, kitchen, great room with large screen tv and extensive sitting area that accommodated everyone. Second floor bedrooms and wrap around porch sitting area overlooking pool for added privacy. Elevator from garage allows for easy access to first and second floors which we used to transport luggage. The Home had all you could ask for and nice touch when we arrived with a nice welcome package. Home was in great shape and extremely clean. Beach towels were also provided. Loved our stay and host was very responsive to our needs.

Fabulous house

Great location, so easy to get back and forth to the beach. The kids absolutely loved the pool which was so conveniently located right outside the front door. The kitchen, dining, living room was so perfect for keeping the family together but not right on top of each other. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Thought of everything

Everything we needed was there when we arrived. Walking distance to downtown and beach is only a short par 3 from the front door. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fall family vacation

18 Heron was a perfect get away for our family. 8 adults and 2 infants had plenty of room, big kitchen, large family room and heated pool. Weather can sometimes be unpredictable in the fall but we had everything we needed to enjoy whatever mother nature had in store

Fall family fun

This was the first trip to Hilton Head during the fall season. 18 Heron was perfect for 8 adults and 2 children. We had the pool heated so that when the second half of the week was a little cool we didn’t miss a beat. Plenty of space for napping babies (and adults) The kitchen has everything that you need. We had a couple of minor repairs and the response was same day. We plan to rent next year! :)

Great house

This was our second time staying at 18 Heron. We enjoyed our first stay a few years ago, and since then they have updated the floors and furniture. Pool was great, house was clean, plenty of room for the two families.

Family Fun

The property suited our needs well. Initially, we were having difficulties with the Internet but Host2Coast responded quickly and the problem was remedied. We love the location being close to the beach and Coligny. The house has a lot a bedrooms, bathrooms, and work spaces. The porches and pool deck are an added plus.

Perfect Family Beach House

This was an incredible Beach House for our large family with lots of kids. Everyone had enough space to have fun, relax, and enjoy! The layout and amenities of the house provided anything and everything we could have wanted for our stay. The pool and deck was spacious to accommodate plenty of outdoor activities and lounging. The location to the beach provided ease to trips back and forth for ocean time while proximity to Coligny Plaza allowed for shopping fun!

Property very nice. Great location. Elevator was not dependable so didn’t use it. Lots of fun beach toys, chairs and towels. Loved the ping pong table, fuseball table and pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week-long stay at 18Heron. The house is setup great for multiple families to stay here. We had 3 families with a total of 13 people and there was a ton of room to spread out. When you first walk up the stairs to the main deck and pool, the area is perfect for sitting and relaxing or entertaining a larger group of friends that come over to relax around the pool. The pool heat was on when we got there, but was probably set a little too high. The pool was around 90deg so it wasn't the most refreshing, but it was almost 80deg everyday outside, so we probably didn't need the heat at all. Once the pool cooled down after a day, it was perfect. There are toys and chairs in the garage for the beach so there isn't much that you need to bring from home. The kitchen and main living area is expansive and perfect for hanging with everyone. The bedrooms are setup almost perfect in our opinions, but we believe to make the house setup even better, the two king bedrooms that share a bathroom should be setup for one family. We would setup one of the king rooms with the 2 queen beds so a family could share that bathroom if multiple families were staying. And then the other king room, where the current 2 queens are, would be a master suite. 18Heron is easily within walking distance to Coligny. The beach is only a rock throw away from the front door. The beach is perfect also. It is serene as you walk out on basically your own private beach, but if you want to be in all the action, take the short walk down the beach to where Pool Bar Jims and the Tiki Bar are located. The property was very clean and we loved every inch of it. Host2Coast had amazing communication through the entire process of renting to our arrival and anything that was needed. The customer service is top notch. This is one of the best houses we have found on HHI. We have already booked it again for next year. Thanks Host2Coast and 18 Heron for the perfect vacation.

Perfect getaway!

The layout was fantastic for an extended family, giving us each our own space yet keeping us under one roof and at one giant dining table. We hope to make this an annual trip and that’s after staying through Tropical Storm Nicole with only one beach day! This house saved the trip! The only complaint was that despite paying for the pool and spa to be ready upon arrival, we showed up to clean the pool ourselves and were advised that cleaning was not scheduled for the day we arrived which was a misstep considering that we had such limited good weather during our stay.

Bigger than we expected and just what we needed and more!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house it beautiful and spacious and just a brief walk to the ocean. There is an ocean view from the top balcony too. We felt very safe and secure being elevated and there was a gate at the entryway. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook some home cook meals from the house, with the exception of bring a few of our favorite seasonings. It had more than enough room for us 7 adults and 4 kids. We had some issues with the heating of the Spa and each time I called they were very helpful and attentive to resolve the issue. Would definitely say in this house again if we visit in the future.
