ABOUT THE HOME: You will be completely DUNN INN when you arrive at this beautiful beach house located in Seacrest Beach. With 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and a large open concept living area, Dunn Inn 2 is the perfect beach retreat for your family and friends. Open the doors of this home away from home to find a state-of-the-art kitchen, seating for eight, large gas fireplace with a big screen and did we mention the wet bar! The back has a covered porch with gas grill to enjoy both the indoors and out during your stay.
ABOUT THE AREA: Situated in Seacrest Beach Resort, Dunn Inn is a great spot for days on the beautiful beaches of 30A or at the massive Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Take a bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach or take a stroll to shop or enjoy a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. It's an easy walk or bike ride to all the locations around Dunn Inn 2. To make all of that a big easier on your family, Seacrest Beach boasts a free shuttle/tram service during peak season. We also include 4 bikes for you to use during your stay.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
