Football Weekend

We were there for a Friday night high school foot ball game in Bryan and attending the Aggies' game on Saturday at Kyle Fields. It's a little bit out of town but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Beautiful, quite area! We'll book again!

Stayed for Graduation

Perfect house for our 4 adults to say during A&M Graduation time. Host was very responsive, even when we had to change plans and bring our 2 small dogs. The area has had a lot of rain this year so the mosquitos were awful so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors but did enjoy many hours at the pool table! The wall art was interested and sparked lots of conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Lovely home

Myself and my 3 cousins stayed here and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, quiet and secluded with deer seen on the property as well as rabbits, and a possum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and able to reconnect with family. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Secluded but close enough

About 10 miles from BCS. Perfect for private family gatherings. Close enough to get groceries if needed. House was great for a small family gathering with simple outdoor space. Felt like we were miles from civilization. We loved it! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Austin!

Nice country setting.

Perfect size for our family. The pool table was a welcome amenity. The cabinets are in need of repair and the dishwasher was not secured in the cabinet. It tried to call out if you loaded the top first.

Great place for TAMU Graduation

We really enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s graduation. It was the perfect place to have the whole family stay in one place and host a small gathering after graduation. The house was beautiful and offered plenty of activities to entertain our guests. We really enjoyed the pool table and backyard. Had a few issues with WIFI, but Austin was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Christmas /New Year celrbration

This is our second year at this property. It is perfect for our needs. Lots of room for everyone . We all love the pool table and this year we were able to enjoy some of the outdoor activities. Great place to gather the family without outside intrrference.

Peaceful quiet and roomy

The house is well set up, spacious and on 10 acres out in the country, but we could be in town in 15 minutes, great location. We availed ourselves of most of the amenities pool table, horseshoe pit and washer board. Celebrated Thanksgiving with our son and his family from Phoenix. Everything worked out perfectly. We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. Everyone had their own bed and the 3 bathrooms meant never having a line. Thanks Austin, the property was everything you advertise and even roomier than we expected. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
