Die Küche mit Essbereich ist voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Herd. Das helle und modern eingerichte Eß- / Wohnzimmer ist mit allem Comfort ausgestattet und verfügt über Einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, ein bequemes Leder Sofa und Sessel, Flachbild -Fernseher und WLAN. Im angrenzenden Schlafbereich befindet sich ein grosses Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer bietet eine Badewanne mit Dusche.
Das Studio liegt in der 7. Etage und verfügt über einen grossen Balkon vom dem sie einem wunderschönen Ausblick über die Bucht, Kanal und Swimming Pool haben. Direkt über die Strasse befindet sich der weisse Sand Strand von Bonita Springs.
Die Wohnanlage besteht aus 5 Gebäuden und verfügt über 2 Swimming Pools, 10 Har Thru Tennis Plätzen, Shuffle Board, Boccia und Grillbereich. Der Coconut Shopping Mall, Miromar Outlet Mall and viele verschiedene Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den Fort Myers International Airport erreichen sie in ca. 30 Minuten

The accommodations were so nice even with the construction going on. We did miss not having the pool available, but the beach being a quick walk was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at Bonita Springs Beach & Tennis Resort

My wife & I had an awesome stay at the Bonita Springs Beach & Tennis Resort. Our rental was great — clean and well equipped for two people. We have stayed at this location several times — we love the location and the close proximity to the beach.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club Getaway

Unit was very clean. Plenty of essentials for use to use while staying. Properties still have some construction taking place from hurricane damage. Although noise was never an issue and no problems getting around the property. Our hostess was upfront about some ongoing construction but the unit itself was perfectly fine and very well maintained. Love the location. Restaurants nearby and short walk to the beach.

Beach and Tennis

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The unit does not have an oven, only a range top and small toaster oven. We ate out. The property is still in upheaval from hurricane Ian but they are working to get things back to normal. Both pools were still closed but appeared to be finished. We love the area and will return in the future.

Horrible Experience.

The host was very kind leading up to our honeymoon. She was very informative. She alerted me that due to the hurricane, they were undergoing renovations in the lobby, I understood. She also alerted me that the pool may not be in service due to it needing an inspection. As it was too late to book anywhere else, I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I checked with her on the day of our check-in, as the lights to the pool were on, she told me that the pool was not in use. I was disappointed as the sole reason I booked this condo was for the use of the pool, and the price point I agreed upon was contingent the pool being available. But as we were exhausted from a full day trek to Orlando, I decided I would address it laterBeginning at 3:00 in the morning, the power starting flickering on and off, about every 30 seconds or so. So just as we would get ready to fall back asleep, the power would either cut, or turn back on and hear everything kick back on. I allowed this to go on for an hour. I checked the radar and ruled out the possibility of a weather event kicking it off, as rain was not to begin until 6 am. I checked the common areas, they were all still with power. I also checked the WiFi networks and noticed other folks in the building still had their WiFi connected. So I figured it had something to do with the condo itself. Because of the potential severity of the matter, I called the emergency maintenance number, and at 5:30, he finally got back in touch with

Steps from the beach

This condo was a great little find for my husband and me, it is tiny but it was all we needed. Nice comfy king-sized bed, walk-in closet for clothing storage, a nice sized bathroom, and kitchenette with a table with seating for four and a fridge that provides filtered water and ice (a big plus for us). We like to eat in for breakfast and lunch, so we ran to the grocery store and got what we needed for the week. The beach is a four or five-minute walk through the parking lot and across the street, there was an area that had pine trees on the edge of the property, providing much-needed shade for me. This trip was all about R & R for us and that is just what we did, sat on the beach all day and out to dinner in the evening. The host was available for my questions and was very helpful to me. We would definately book again.

The Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Resort was very nice. It was very easy to get to the beach and a few good restaurants were within walking distance. The place was very clean and the other guests/ residents were very friendly. I would stay there again.

The condo was just as described and the resort has everything you could want. We played a lot of pickle ball, the pools were nice and clean. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the people around the complex were so friendly. Definitely will be back.

Great area

Great area very chill and nice people around. For sure would book again just make sure you have a way to get around since most stores are closer by vehicle. Was able to use Uber and uber eats and delivery for the most part. Loved that there was two pools to choose from. Condo was very nice and had things we didn’t even think about like chairs and an umbrella for the beach which came in really handy so you don’t have to pay for the ones offered across the street. Had no issues with getting keys every thing was simple and easy and owner was very helpful with any questions I had.

Perfect Vacation

The owner was very responsive to any questions prior to our vacation. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly. We did not rent a vehicle for the week and relied on Uber, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Only a 4-5 min. walk to the beach, hard to beat this location. From the provided beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and Kuerig for the morning coffee this was the most perferct vacation.

Perfect Stay!

The studio was super nice and the kitchen was updated. It had amenities that were not listed. It was within walking distance of the beach,, which was great! Next trip, we will not need to rent a vehicle. We really enjoyed that beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler were in the room. We really enjoyed the grills located throughout the property. The check in process was quick and efficient. The property let us keep.our parking pass until 5pm, even though check out was at 10am. Overall a really nice experience and will definitely return to this location. Thank you for everything!!
