We have upgraded to a larger unit . We as hosts have over 85 5 star ratings so come stay at our 3 bedroom 3 Bath comfy condo! We have an awesome beach view from our large patio and master bedroom. We are directly located across street from the famous Imperial Beach pier. Our little town has some big name restaurants one located in our own Bldg. with even some local breweries.
There is Pizza ,Thai and even fine dining within a short walk and don't forget the best Mexican food around. The Hotel Del Coronado and silver strand beach is less then 10 minutes away. Downtown San Diego , Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World are all within a quick 25 min drive. There is even a 3 screen drive in movie theater a mile away. For the shoppers, about 3 miles away is the largest outlet mall for you to enjoy.
The condo is set with 1- king bed, 2- Queen Beds ,1- full bed and 1- Twin. and all kitchen appliances and accessories you would need to make any meal. High speed internet for those gamers or like me for some that must stay in contact with work..Errr
If you need local transportation there is a bus stop right outside our building on Seacoast.

Family vacay

Family of 4, beach get away and this was the perfect location for us! Steps from the sand, eateries, local shopping, and plenty of site seeing nearby. Property was beautiful, and well stocked for families who enjoy relaxing and cooking. Bedrooms were comfortable and provided great storage options. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions we had about the area. Thank you!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, comfortable had EVERYTHING we needed, and was very clean. We love staying in clean, organized places and this one was spot on. We traveled with kids, they loved the bunk beds, their own bathroom, and hanging out on the patio.

Location, location, location

Right across the street from the beach! The area is very nice. Plenty of restaurants close by. Quiet area and still close to San Diego. Very relaxing and beautiful property.

Beautiful views!

This is a spacious and well equipped property, great location and beautiful views. The beach is still closed but there’s still a lot of activity on the pier and on the main strip, lots of great restaurants!

Awesome location & condo. Our second stay. Wonderful firework show viewed from the patio! Walker to & ate at Brigantine (shrimp, mahi, salmon), Coronado Brewing (pretzel, pasta, salad) & Babycakes (iced coffee & cupcakes). Plan on a return!

Good location

Nice condo across from the beach. The beach was closed to go in the water due to sewage issues. However we enjoyed waking on the beach and down the pier. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The owners were responsive in answering my inquiries.

Very comfortable unit and modern design. Friendly neighbors. The beach unfortunately was closed the entire stay due to sewage contamination from Tijuana.

Across the street from the beach

The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. We had a nice view of the beach from our patio. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We would return!

Better than the pictures

This place was fantastic. The pictures of it don’t do it justice. It was very conveniently located to the beach and other shopping. Only downfall is ocean has sewage run off in it from Mexican river. Big bummer and disappointment so we went to mission beach for swimming. The property itself though was well worth the cost which we thought was fair. Hats off to whoever decorated it, nicely done.

Incredible Property & Perfect Location!

Wow, we had the best time at this VRBO! This house was perfect for our family as it was very kid friendly for our 2 little ones and stocked with a kids pack & play and booster seat and plenty of beach toys! Just steps from the beach and located near plenty of restaurants, parks and a quick mart. The downstairs bath & bunkbeds were a huge plus after playing on the beach. I was also so impressed with all of the cookware we had access to, it was just like being at home, except with a gorgeous ocean view! We spent a lot of evenings enjoying the balcony firepit table and ocean breeze. We went to the beach several times a day since it was so close and felt very secure within the building & parking garage. I loved the ease of not having to trade-off keys or anything with the keypad security system too. Plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit that we were able to use as well. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs and the cleanliness & organization of this property was the best we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the rooms & bathrooms were quite spacious. We had the pleasure of meeting Dale the owner when he personally saw to a glitch with the AC unit and he was an absolute gem! It really felt more like you were staying with family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly and perfectly located property. It certainly exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and wonderful memories!

Love this town!! Beautiful beach yummy food and still close enough to enjoy night life if wanted or needed. When it comes to family time you have a couple awesome parks for kids or yourself to relax on the grass at. Small town shops to check out food or crafts. Friday nights there is a farmers market on the street. There are sand castle tournaments, Ironman competition's, music at the park . We have it all and not all the craziness of Mission or Ocean Beach. The famous Hotel Del is 10 mins away also.
