Charming 2 Bed, 2 Bath Charlevoix Condo

Relax and enjoy all that Charlevoix and Northern Michigan have to offer in this freshly updated condo 1.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix with accommodations for up to 4. This upper level 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo has a full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer with a balcony that overlooks a quiet creek and woodlands. Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan just minutes away provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home! Please note that this is a second floor unit with an open stairway.

Wir (2 Personen) waren für 10 Tage im Mai 2024 in Charlevoix und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu 100 % genießen können. Das angemietete Appartment hat es an nichts fehlen lassen. Lage, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung sind nicht zu übertreffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und haben immer Hilfe angeboten falls nötig. Die lange Anreise von Deutschland hat sich gelohnt, wenn man nach einem Tag in der wunderschönen Natur von Nord-Michigan in dieses gemütliche, ruhige Appartment kommt und den Tag revue passieren lassen kann. Beautiful Property

My husband and I came to town with my parents so I could run in the Charlevoix half marathon and enjoy a getaway for a few days. This upstairs condo was beautiful and one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in! It was very quiet and peaceful even though it's connected to other condos. The neighbors were friendly. Don and Jacqui have thought of all the little details, down to shampoo/conditioner in the shower and nightlights in every room. We would love to return in the future!

Beautiful Condo

The moment my friend and I arrived inside the condo, we both said at the same time "I don't want to go home" lol. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay in Charlevoix. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks Don for letting us check in early. It gave us time for an afternoon of golf. The weather was chilly so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the beaches or sit on the balcony, but we packed a lot in for the three days we were there. Thanks again Don and Jacqui for your lovely condo.

Immaculate, intelligently stocked & furnished - Close to downtown.

December 2023. Stayed from Sunday through Saturday. Great location to walk/drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Used this place as our headquarters for day hiking. Very quiet and easy to find. Better than advertised. Super clean. Owner was on spot with communication and ideas. Only goods things to say. Thanks!

Perfect home away from home, Host has thought of everything

Clean, stocked very well, plenty of space. This rental checks all the boxes: excellent owner, great communication. Highly recommended. Newer construction, very nicely furnished. Exactly as described. The unit has all kinds of little details covered for you. No gaps in what you might hope to find in the kitchen or bathrooms. Location is quiet and convenient. The host seems to have thought of everything, is quick to reply and very helpful. It was worth the stair climbing and leaving shoes at the door to enjoy this wonderful place.

The condo was exceptionally clean! The owners were very responsive. We didn't have any issues, but I texted them for restaurant recommendations they were very kind and helpful. The condo was close to downtown and had a nice little park and beach within walking distance.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Nicely appointed condo. The only thing we missed were table lamps in the living room and bed rooms. Overhead lights not the warm cozy feel. Everything else was great.

No kid get away

Pretty great access to the water at perry beach park. Just over a mile walk to downtown-was great on a nice lazy evening! The place was great, quiet. Just what we were after.

Nice condo

Very clean and easy to find they even had a spot in back for boat parking which was great! And the drive to the boat launch was right by the condo. Also the drive to downtown Charlevoix was a short drive.

This condo has it all! Modern, superbly appointed, fresh, clean and comfortable. The owners have provided for every possible need a traveler might have. Their attention to detail is to be commended. Excellent Stay!

Great location, within 5 minutes to Downtown Charlevoix. We were in town for a wedding and this location put us close to all the events. For the space, it is very cozy. The condo is on the second floor with plenty of space for three people. The view off the back was nice too. Easy check-in and communication with the property owner. The single covered parking spot was nice on a hot day. Would definitely book again if we are ever in Charlevoix again!

Wedding at The Castle

We could not have picked a better location for the wedding at The Castle. The accommodations were ideal for our needs. The condo is as lovely as the photos and the bedding was comfortable too. The hosts were delightful to work with as well. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to go up north in Michigan.

The Perfect Spot
