Hurricane update: We are very fortunate not to have sustained any damage. The pictures give an accurate depiction of the area. We have electricity, water, internet and cell service. Set in a pretty garden, 75 yards from the road, it enjoys access to 50 acres and private walks with views of the Smoky Mountains. We respond very quickly to all requests before and DURING your stay. Enjoy birdsong and wildlife while relaxing on the deck. We have another Vrbo on the property called Tranquil private farm home (https://www.vrbo.com/3354062?referrerId=HOT.HIS.Share.Landed.Copy_Link). This property has exclusive use of the fire pit

House was cute and comfy. Positively clean. The bed was super comfortable. Peaceful setting and quiet. Tub is deep and because the sides were very high, so if lifting your legs high this could be an issue.

Lovely Cottage in the mountains

Like a cabin in the woods!
What really matters to us is the cleanliness and it was a 10. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. Great location with Ingrid grocery store near by. Biltmore Mansion was no more than 30 minutes away. Caretakers are on property in smaller home.. if you need anything, it’s there!

Great location in the mountains
My favorite moments of the stay were spent sitting on the porch in the morning, listening to the birds sing. I have a bird song ID app on my phone, and was able to identify over 15 different bird species. So great to hear each song. The property has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This place felt like I was home. Beautiful lush green pasture land. Immaculate condition. Such a perfect stay. Full huge kitchen. Wrap around porch to sit out at night. Just amazing people who owned the place. You ask a question and there is an immediate answer. Can’t say enough. Will go back.

Great Cottage getaway!
The cottage was on a beautiful property site. The inside was immaculate. There was a cute basket and a handwritten note for us. Even the towels were wrapped up in a bow on the bed. The rooms were cozy and the living room was adorable to relax in! Loved this quaint, beautiful place!
