This 4BR, 2BA home offers a 30ft Great Room with vaulted ceilings and sweeping valley views from expansive decks. Includes central AC, high-speed internet, gas fireplaces, modern kitchen appliances, washer/dryers, ping pong/pool table, and 75-inch OLED TV. Master Suite has a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet. Other bedrooms provide flexible setups and workspace. It's just a short walk to Corn Hill Beach and a quick drive to Provincetown, Wellfleet, and other beaches nearby.

Scenic location with quiet winding roads. Take a .75 mile walk down to Corn Hill Beach along one of the most beautiful areas in Truro, or take a short drive to any of the Ocean Side beaches, including Ballston and Longnook! There is a swimmable Pond, Great Pond, just down the road. Very short drive into Provincetown or Wellfleet!

This 4 BR, 2 BA home features a 30+ foot Great Room with vaulted ceilings which allow ample light to flow through any season. Talk about a sunset! The evening light gives this space a calming and relaxing glow like no other. Movie night? Relax in front of our OLED 75-inch TV equipped with every streaming channel you could dream of.
There is an expansive Deck that has sweeping valley views of the treetops that run along Pamet River, and distant views of Cape Cod Bay. The shining river is visible off-season. A back deck off the kitchen allows for outdoor grilling, dining, and conversation with distant pond views. These two large decks allow for morning and afternoon sun and breezes.
The Central AC allows you to stay cool even on the hottest summer days. For the off-season, there are 2 wonderful Gas Fireplaces, one in the Great Room, and one off the Kitchen, which features cast concrete countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, views of the pond, and another seating area with a flat-screen TV.
The Master Bedroom is located on its own level, with a private, architecturally designed bathroom, walls of windows and large walk-in closet.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are off the Great Room on the first floor with flexible bed configurations and working space.
A fourth bedroom and game room on the ground floor has twin bunk beds, full size pull-out couch bed, combo game table for ping-pong and pool, flat-screen TV, and separate heating/AC controls.
This home is also equipped with 2 Washer/Dryers and features Top of the Line Internet access and ample desk space in multiple rooms for remote working. This home has all the Bells and Whistles!

To enhance both the value and convenience of shorter stays, we will be providing bed linens and towels throughout the upcoming off-season, ensuring a more affordable and comfortable experience for our guests.
Our pet policies:
-We love dogs! We want to remain dog friendly. Please follow our pet policies as outlined in our instructions, so we are able to continue offering this benefit to our guests.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bring a dog - no cats please ( we love cats too, but they claw furniture).
- Please keep pets off the furniture.
- We have a large dog crate you can use, or else a gate to close off rooms.
In the off-season, we offer a discount for stays of a week or more - and even better discounts for month long stays.

In lieu of a security deposit, guests are charged a nightly Trust and Security Fee. In VRBO this shows up as a management fee. For Airbnb the fee is already included in the nightly rates.
