Luau 6801-03 is sure to please with gulf views from the attached studio and main living room. The main living room has plenty of space to rest after a long day at the beach, sit back put your feet up and enjoy the view. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with large windows to enjoy the view. The master bath has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet. The guest room has kitchenette and mini fridge right at your fingertips. The studio unit has a king bed with large windows overlooking the gulf. What a way to wake up every morning!! The attached studio unit has a sitting area and its own bathroom with tub/shower, single vanity, and toilet. If a beach vacation with all the luxuries of home is what you are looking for this unit is sure to deliver.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well guys this was, I think our 4th or 5th time staying with you. Here are my observations. Your rental prices have shot up through the roof and your have failed to make any improvements to the property. So, I am assuming that you are getting all the rental income you need and feel no compulsion to make any changes. I own a business, I get it. On the farm, they say, "pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. The sofa in the living room needs replacing. The balcony furniture need refinishing. The place is just getting worn out in general. Painting needs to be done. Just doesn't justify a doubling of rents. When I asked the Gibson sales rep if they would mind talking with the property owners about the rent, they said "oh sure, we'll talk with them", and then totally blew us off. I could have understood the property owner not being willing to change their pricing, but to me there was no reason the rep could not have just told me that. I called three times and could not even get a call back. Dumb! So the property was not terrible by any means, but I just don't think it justifies a doubling of the rent.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Water pressure in shower is awful.Sofa bed in studio room is broken.Sofa in living room is slanted. Needs replacing.Televisions out of date, no Netflix, prime, etc, for kids to unwind.In order to change channel in studio room you have to stand up and point at the cable box. Super annoying and an easy fix.No luggage carts.Long walk to beach. Bed was comfortable.Ice maker worked. Pool is nice.

Gorgeous view

The view was absolutely gorgeous. My girls enjoyed the pool. Elevators are super slow and on the last few days of our trip one was out of order. We were disappointed on our second night to find out that both pull out beds were broken. The first night my girls slept with me since we were so exhausted from traveling all day. They both ended up sleeping in the bed with me the entire week which was NOT the plan. The patio seating needed to be redone. The paint was chipping and stuck to my mom and daughter’s legs. They had to peel it off their skin and it was not a great feeling. The fan in the main bedroom did not work (no switch). We were told there was a DVD player and we did not see one. There were no instructions as to what needed to be done prior to checkout. We took all the trash out. Great location but not sure if we would stay again.

Nice amenities and location

The listing did not state what tower the condo was in and apparently that is like that with other condos for as other people were up and down the elevators trying to determine where their condo was. In some visible places there was dust. The doors to the chest in the bedroom should probably be taken off because if you fall asleep with the tv on and then turn it off in the middle of the night but also have to go to the bathroom you bang into the doors. The tub is slippery so just need to be careful stepping in since its a high step in. Otherwise, we had no issues and it was plenty spacious for us

Great location, great amenities

Had a wonderful time. Used the included discount to go snorkeling and dolphin cruise with the family. Highly recommended. Location is away from the main tourist area (which is nice) but close enough to get there if desired.

Wonderful beach escape

The walk to the beach was very short, the pool was beautiful, and it felt like you were on a island. The room was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. I think the room we stayed at could definitely use a update to the flooring, and sofa was very uncomfortable. Property has a tram which is nice to go to Baytowne Wharf if you don’t want to drive.Overall it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it to friends.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was super clean and nice, it was a perfect set up for a family of 5. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all, and we also enjoyed the pool that our condo came with. The only negative was the wait for the elevator to and from our floor (stayed on 8th). It may have been due to the holiday week and also there was a wedding going on as well. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and fun family trip, and we plan to book again with Gibson Rental. Check in and checkout, and the communication with this property was on point.
