It is situated in a residence right on the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area that is both close to all amenities and peaceful. Enjoy its balcony, perfect for spending peaceful moments with your loved one.
This T2 apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, offers an unbeatable sea view. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen corner opening into the living room, which features a two-seater sofa and a TV area. The apartment also includes a separate bedroom with a fixed 140 cm bed for two people, and thanks to its position on a platform, you can enjoy a sea view directly from the bed. All the necessary equipment for your comfort is at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, as well as all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
The living room is modern and spacious, with a two-seater convertible sofa, TV, reversible air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

In the evenings, enjoy magnificent sunsets depending on the season.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet.

Close to Amusement Parks: Luna Parc and Amigolang, and Thalassotherapy at Port-Camargue (3 km, facing South Beach).

This apartment does not have a private parking space, but don’t worry! You will easily find parking around the residence, even during the high summer season. There is always available space in this area. We will provide you with information on free and paid parking options. The paid parking in Le Grau du Roi allows you to purchase a daily or weekly pass directly at the parking meter.
The Le Grau du Roi train station is 800 meters away.
Bus services are available nearby.
The nearest frequent service station is the Montpellier Sud de France TGV station, and the closest airport is Montpellier Airport.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is located right on the sand, with private access to the beach through a gate at the end of the property, leading directly onto the right bank beach.
Le Château Leenhardt is an L-shaped building, consisting of two buildings: Building A and Building B.
Both buildings have ground floors plus 4 floors with elevators. There is one elevator for Building A and one for Building B. However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) standards.
If the apartment you’ve booked is in Building A, the higher you go, the more beautiful and wide the sea view becomes, with a view towards La Grande-Motte and a North-West exposure, ideal for sunset views on sunny days.
On this side of Building A, the residence is built at the limit of the property, next to a paid public parking lot (March to November), where campers and cars can park.
This parking does not obstruct the sea view, and our agency cannot be held responsible for any misinformation regarding the presence of this parking lot or misleading advertising.
Please note, we do not advertise the apartments as being first-line sea view properties.
If your apartment is in Building B, most of these apartments face the interior of the residence, with a view of the garden and the parking area before having a sea view. These apartments benefit from a beautiful sea view, with a South-West exposure, and they see the sea between Building A and the adjacent residence, Les Villégiales du Château.
