Beautiful riverfront home in Sevierville with river access for fishing, swimming, and viewing from. Kayak and hammocks. Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

Springbreak 2025

We had a wonderful stay here!!!! The location was perfect and so was the house for our group! We loved the creek in the back for the kids!!! The host was also very kind!! The only thing that got us was the neighbor being so easily upset by our kids getting 2 sticks and getting their ball that was on her creek side of the property. However this only was an issue once and it did not affect our enjoyment in staying at this property! I would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Location

For my wife and I, this property is in a perfect location. We want to be close to town without having a city feel. We were also tired of driving mountain roads and feeling so far away from everything. The creek in the back was beautiful and really enjoyed fishing. The house was clean and comfortable and lacked nothing.

Feels like home

A lovely home in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood on the river. This home is warm, welcoming, and we loved the convenient location. Coming back from our busy itinerary each day to a relaxing jacuzzi really made it perfect. The owner‘s attention to country decor really tied the whole experience together. This home is very clean and organized and we were very happy to stay here. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in on our family vacation.

Peaceful and fun getaway.

The house being along the river was very peaceful. Kids loved wading in the water, swinging/laying in hammocks. Owners answered all our questions and came and fixed the issue we were having with the door lock. Great stay for our Granddaughter’s cheer comp at Sevierville Convention Center.

Great landing pad

This was a fantastic spot to recharge after a day out with good communal space and individual spaces. Some geese even came to say good morning while we had our coffee by the river to start our day.

Family vacation

Overall it was a great vacation spot for my family, fit all 7 of us comfortably, stores and restaurants very close. The backyard is my favorite part of the whole place, it’s beautiful and I loved having a fire pit and hot tub and the river was awesome, seen geese every morning! Host was very quick to fix the toilet when it wouldn’t flush! The only complaint I have is the hot tub was SUPER bleachy, it was so strong my swimsuit still smelled like it after washing it and some of the linens smelled bad but everything else was great, beds were a little squeaky but comfy! We will definitely be back this summer!

Perfect Location

This is the house to be in if you are traveling to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood. It did not take us long to get anywhere and we loved it. We didn't spend much time in the house except to sleep as we were busy doing activities. But well worth it

Amazing Family Time

Beautiful home!

The owners were super welcoming and communication was a breeze! The view off the back porch was stunning and we fully intend to return in the spring or summer so we can play in the river! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Cozy escape

Cutest and very comfy! Staying here can be a vacation all on its own. Lovely back porch with river view and the geese were amazing! Overall would definitely recommend. Hosts were prompt with any question, offered an early checkin, and made accomadations for us to stalate!!

Long weekend stay

Good house for the price. Does need some updating, especially the mattresses and the kitchen cabinets as some did not stay closed. Everything was very clean except the floors(our socks were very dirty from walking around) and we did kill a few bugs and roaches but that is to be expected since it is wooded out back. The back was nice with the waterway running through. We enjoyed our time there and it was pretty close to where we needed to be.

Great place, nice neighborhood, great location.

As a family of 6 adults and one child, this house accommodated all of our needs without a problem. If there was a down side it would be the dinning table is really only big enough for 4 or 5. When we first arrived there was a lot of little black sugar ants coming in from back door. We found ant spray under kitchen cabinet, and that took care of the problem rest of the week. The backyard with flowing river behind is very peaceful. The provided kayaks was a great amenity that was well enjoyed. We all spent a good amount of time playing the arcade, taking turns trying to beat each others high score on Pacman and Galactica. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone to relax after a long day. Location to downtown Pigeon Forge is only 20 minutes away. And property is very close to grocery stores and other restaurants without having to go into busy downtown. We were all very happy with this location and would gladly return again.

The home was clean, there was a strong odor permeating the entire place upon arrival, took us several hours to identify, appeared to be the kitchen sink, tried to cover it up while away to reduce the smell as it was really strong. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time despite that minor set back. Appreciate you opening your home.

Great for families!

It was a perfect space for our family. Very clean inside. Everything was perfect! A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the grill. (A small clean grill would be a nice update) River access was a bit treacherous but doable. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

Charming older property, perfectly located to give you a backwoods feel of the river while being 10 mins or so from the Pigeon Forge strip. Awesome place to unwind. Careful of swimming in the river. Had some issue with leeches. Maybe the heat and lack of rainfall(??) Just a head up! Will definitely recommend and will try to stay here again (but longer!) Sipping

Cute little spot on the river!

We stayed for 5 days & had a blast, about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg/pigeon forge. The river in the backyard and the hot tub were favorites for our family. The neighbors were friendly & the neighborhood was quiet. Tucked away behind a Walgreens (if you need any last minute things you didn’t bring). The host was easy to reach & the house was clean. The beds could use some updating as one was super squeaky & creaky with every move & the others you can tell are just worn in and kinda cave a bit but this didn’t hinder our stay. BRING BUG SPRAY!! This property is river front with a lot of trees around, therefor tons of mosquitos, and they loved me 😂 we played in the river, kayaked and fished and relaxed in the back porch for most of the time when we were home and it was lovely.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
