Just a few blocks away from Austin's coolest restaurants and cafes, this Central Austin abode is perfect for enjoying the best of Austin. This colorful, comfortable, and spacious home is nestled in the historic Clarskville neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. Perfect experience for big family vacations, wedding weekends, or work retreats. We can sleep up to 14 with 5 comfy interior bedrooms with a cool airstream trailer as the 6th bedroom space!

This house provides the quintessential Austin experience with 5 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 4 upstairs), and a hip air stream trailer in the side yard that sleeps up to 4 people. The house is decorated with art from local artists, comfy modern furniture, and thoughtful decor. Multi level decks adorn the outdoor space in the front and back yard with lounging chairs, a slick fire pit, and a charcoal grill. The yard is covered in trees for nice shade and twinkly stringed lights.

Great location, nice house

This was a great place to stay and could easily be a 5 star rating with attention to some minor details. It was easy to get to downtown and the neighborhood was very walkable.

Great house!

The house is fabulous and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Traveling alone, I felt quite safe. Great fenced in yard for my dogs. I’d definitely stay here again!

UT Graduation

This house was charming with plenty of room for our family and friends to stay and relax as we all were in town for UT graduation. It was so much nicer than a hotel stay and gave us plenty of room for our Franklin BBQ to-go. We had a few glitches when we checked in but the contact was quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Graduation weekend

Spacious accommodations for our large family group arriving from different cities for a graduation celebration. Beautifully appointed furnishings and outdoor areas.Master bedroom was missing a hair dryer, and it was disappointing that we were not allowed to quietly visit outside on a Saturday night after 10. Overall though, worked perfectly for us and would love to stay again.

Perfect house to explore central Austin

Home is perfectly setup for a large group with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for our family and dogs. Great amenities (kitchen, bedding, etc.). Perfect location to walk around Clarksville by foot or as a jumping off point to explore Austin. Had a tiny issue with the house and the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Would recommend!

Great Stay!

Our family came to Austin for our niece's wedding. There was 13 of us at the house from all over the country. It was the perfect location and the house was very nice, comfortable and we didn't feel cramped with the number of people we had. The airstream is a bonus and thankfully the a/c kept it nice and cool for those sleeping in it.

Perfect location

Perfect location - walk to coffee shop, grocery store or to restaurants. Easy access to running/biking trails and to downtown. Great neighborhood - safe and family friendly Home is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It looks just like the pictures. Airstream trailer was a fun feature!

Great time during Christmas holidays.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect place to spend Christmas with our family. Communications with the owners were great. I run a local event venue and art gallery as well as manage several vacation rental rentals. I love Austin and have lived here since 1994. I'm married to my sweetheart, Colin, who happens to be an amazing craftsman who is willing and able to build cool things for our houses and keep everything in tip top shape. We have four children, ages 20, 17, 13 and 3, so needless to say, we stay pretty busy!

The Clarksville neighborhood is a historic neighborhood just blocks from downtown. It is one of the closest neighborhoods to the central corridor so it's perfect for exploring Austin. The home values here are in the $2M to $6M range because of the neighborhood beauty mixed with the proximity to downtown, so it's a lovely treat as rental spot. It's easy to walk anywhere from here and really enjoy the eclectic homes. Parks, margaritas, smoothies, coffee, whatever you need to enjoy the best parts of Austin, are just blocks away!
