Two bedrooms, one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin pull out in one bedroom. Internet provided with Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Enjoy the attached patio with propane BBQ and seating for 8. Completely sanitized after every visit for your health and safety. Come enjoy the "SLO life". This property is available for leasing month to month or for a 30-day period.

Nice place

We had a lovely time in the area. The apartment is great for 2 people, for 4 it seems a little small. Clean, well equipped kitchen, beds comfortable. The street is busy, all kinds of cars are driving to the State Vehicular Recreation Area at Oceano Dunes. Still, the rooms are backwards and its rather quiet, at least at night. The beach (with cars) is only some steps away, you can walk on the beach in both directions for a long time, the dunes and the beach are wonderful. Great sunsets every day. Pismo Beach is close. We particularly enjoyed the Pelicans, Whales and Sea lions and the Rancho Guadalupe Dunes Preserve (30 minutes by car). Would come again.

Back Again!

Another great stay with the family in Oceano. We have thoroughly enjoyed this house and location two years in a row. It’s perfect for us with easy access to the beach, sand dunes, shops and food. A lot of great things to explore up the coast within an hour. We’ll be back!

Beach getaway

The property is a short walk to the beach, community center, camp grounds and restaurants. Perfectly placed in the heart of the community. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions/concerns. Highly recommend this cozy home

Family reunion dream

We stayed at Dana’s property while the rest of our family was camping at the Oceano state campground and it was perfect! It was the perfect distance from the beach, super comfortable, and cute! We had an issue where we got locked out but the property manager immediately responded and helped us out. It was a great stay and we enjoyed it!

Cute beach cottage

This cute house accommodate us perfectly, close to the beach, perfect place for ours dogs and the host was incredible. She helped us with so many little things on where to go what to do or make us have a great vacation so we had one of our best vacations ever. We love this town and we will definitely stay at this place again.

Cozy cottage by the beach

Lovely, cozy cottage only 1/2 block to the beach. Great kitchen set-up which we appreciated. Everything was wonderful and we plan to return for our next trip to the Central Coast.

Perfect spot!

Gorgeous kitchen to make my Cal Poly Mustang happy with some home cooked meals. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Our pup loved his stay too with the perfect patio for him to enjoy! Steps from the beach for great dog/people walks. It’s right where the cars can drive on the beach so not our favorite for spending the day at but Pismo beach is just down the road. We will say aging for sure! The property manager was great and responded very quickly to the couple questions I had. Thanks for a great place to stay!!

Centrally located

“Cottage” isn’t an accurate description. It is a small duplex. The beach that is nearby was within walking distance but was filled with atv’s, trucks and camp trailers so just know that ahead of time if you’re looking for a place to hang out with your kids. The duplex was clean, kitchen was nicely stocked and the location was centrally located so it was easy to leave and explore the coast.

Beautiful cute house!

I absolutely loved the property and kitchen was to die for! The shower was a little small but that was because the square footage is devoted mainly to the living room and kitchen areas so I can’t complain. :) Had a great time!

We stayed 6 nights, the unit is small square footage wise, but all space is utilized to the best advantage. We would recommend this unit and plan to go back in the future

This property met all our needs. It is in a great location. The ocean is 2 min walk away. It’s modern yet appropriate for the area. The communication was amazing. Steps from the beach

The location is amazing. The alleyway is very private and shields from the noise going down the Pier Ave beach entrance. I don’t have any complaints. Make sure to bring some of the essentials for yourself like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Other than that, I thought it was perfect for our family to be central to the area.

Great stay

This is such a cute little vacation rental! I wish we stayed longer. Bring your own soaps, none except handwash provided. Kitchen looked stocked with necessities. Location is near perfect - steps away from walking on the beach, convenience store only steps away. Unit is also on backside of a dual unit, so no street noise. Parking is off street and easy.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the cute, ocean themed cottage. Cooked up a few meals in the well equipped kitchen. Great location - close to the beach, parks and all the cool places my nephew had planned for our weekend visit.
