The Primary suite is a haven of comfort with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is cozy with a Full bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom caters to more guests with 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. Lots of amenities, large living space.

Awesome place to stay for our Labor Day weekend, only issues was dishwasher wouldn’t start as instructed on departure, back door latch nearly fell out but was able to tighten it, and floor, though nice, made sandy sounds as walking around. Definitely would rent again.

Great location

The unit is conveniently located on the first floor and ideal for young families. it is on the end so very private but there is easy access right out your door to the pool, beach, grills, and a lawn area our kids loved to run around in. Parking is in a garage right outside the unit; no waiting on elevator lines! Unit was clean, bedrooms comfortable. As others mentioned there were noises from aircon and other water and such, but this didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place for Small Kids

I picked this unit since it was on the ground floor and I have two small children. It was absolutely PERFECT for what we needed and if we are back in the area I would definitely book again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great, there were a few things that needed replaced, repaired, and updated. But other than that our stay was amazing our two girls loved the pool and splash pad. My wife love how close we were to the beach and overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in orange beach.

Great place to stay

The condo was great. Just as described on the website. Location was great. Very quiet. The floors could use a good cleaning, the bottom of your feet get very dirty if you walk around the condo barefoot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was overall pretty clean but was very much out of date, we did have two roaches in the condo. The back master bed room was very noise at night. Like you can here water rushing down and I’m assuming trash coming down the trash shoot. Though we absolutely loved the convinces of the ground condo especially with having two little kids. Also the toilet in the master bath is very hard to flush. Little things like new doors, new shower rods could really update the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and that’s what matters!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From arrival to parking in the underground parking deck that is literally just outside of this unit everything was perfect. This unit is very spacious, the AC works well, it is very convenient with two young toddlers. The only thing concerning was the back patio area was dirty, had not been cleaned in a while. The grass area off the back patio had lots of cigarette butts and there was a stale smell of cigarettes in the patio area, there were lots of fire ant beds as well that need to be exterminated. The baby was stung numerous times by the fire ants. Other than those things we really enjoyed our stay. We have already booked for spring break next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of condo is great for people with small kids . There is a splash pad and indoor pool, as well as outdoor pool. The corner unit also has a solarium type room in back of condo to store extra things or let kids play. Now for the negatives... the air conditioning in master was horrible. Could not get it cool like the rest of condo. Commodes stuck. Roaches. Exposed electrical outlet. The unit was not nasty, but it coul have been cleaned a little better. We did not like having to pay to park, nor to have to bring extra linens. We have stayed in this unit many times over the last 30 years and it was great, but this year it was not up to par. Everyone wants to use “ COVID “ as an excuse. We did not complain during our arrival, maybe we should have, but we just tried making the best of our vacation.

Labor Day

My family and I had a great time in Orange Beach for the Labor Day Holiday. My complaint about this condo-- when we arrived on Wednesday night. The condo was not clean probably. One of the bathrooms was not touched-- trash left in the cans, sand left in the tub, counter tops dirty, no towels, or toilet paper in this bathroom. Other wise it was a very cute condo-- very well decorated and perfect spot located by the pool/splash pad.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The location is great for kids. It’s situated on the corner of the building which allows privacy. Quick walk to the splash pad was one of our favorites. It has a parking spot in the covered garage that is just steps away from the door to the property. That was a big plus for us. It has a very roomy layout. Great for big families. Two problems we had. The air in the master was either not working or barely working. It was so hot day/night in there. The rest of the unit felt great. There’s also really loud noises that come from the unit above when they flush their toilet.l that can be heard in the master. It’s seriously loud, and sometimes would hear that well into the night. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything else.

Gulf Shores condo

I specifically wanted a ground floor 3bdr condo. This certain condo costs were higher but I paid for the ground floor! The grassy area outside the condo was perfect. Near grills and room for entertaining large group. EXCEPT the sprinkler system is set up to run from 6p till around 8p and can not be turned off! Ruined our cookout and cornhole playing. The furniture is completely worn out. The 2 bathrooms are tiny. The master bathroom shower would not drain it was so stopped up with hair. The blow dryer did not work and is an electrical hazard. The garbage chute for the entire condo above is literally attached to the room so you hear garbage disposal and drainage sounds all night and morning. For anyone with kids it is convenient to kiddy pool and grill with gazebo. The quality of the condo is poor for the cost your paying. Even with the huge luxury of not having to get on a crowded hot elevator for a week.

Good location, clean, stocked, but maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in late - 8-9pm. Desk nice and helpful. Walked into this ground floor condo with the patio door unlocked and drapes on floor with note from maintenance they would be back with bracket to fix tomorrow... never was repaired during our stay -even after I called the unhelpful LL contact number. Bedroom window would not close or lock. Centipedes in condo, gnats in kitchen. The maintenance/upkeep issues need to be resolved and condo would be great. The condo is in a good location on the property, parking garage access ($35) was great, kitchen well stocked. Patio furniture nice, furniture good. Condo seemed clean - smelled of bleach. The a/c was great and water pressure great. Overall we enjoyed the stay because the location but would not choose this condo again due to maintenance, security, and insect issues. We moved to another condo on the property that was better maintained.

The condo was fairly clean we we arrived. The furniture is a little worn but doable. The only complaint is the air in the master bedroom did not work property. Having a ground level condo was great with having small children and grandparents making pool access a breeze and the yard to play in out back was a great bonus . I did have higher expectations for this condo considering it is a Phoenix (our first time staying in one). There were minor things in the room that needed repair and the noise level (mainly from toilets flushing from above floors) was higher than expected.
