Come escape to they tranquil home located in Cape Coral FL - this newly remodeled home has plenty of room for you to have a nice relaxing time with family or friends. The moment you walk in the door and see the pool and canal your vacation will start.. You have a separate Family Room and Game Room. Game room has a air hockey table and a two person Packman game. Open concept with views out rear windows you'll catch yourself relaxing with ease..Get to hot.. just jump in the pool to cool off. Want to fish- go sit under the Tiki on the dock and throw some lines in the water and see what you could catch. Beaches are not to far - ranging from 15- 40 minutes away ( depending on traffic) So many choice to have on your vacation.

Großartige Urlaubsunterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus besticht insbesondere durch seine tolle Lage und die mehr als vollständige Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Lage, Ausstattung könnte besser sein

Lage am Kanal und nach Osten, traumhaft schön. WalMart, Publix, Ross… auch fußläufig erreichbar, ca. 15 Minuten. Ausstattung des Hauses okay, es waren einige Utensilien für den Pool und Strand vorhanden. Leider große Mängel in der Küche, leider nur Plastikbecher, das Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen nicht sauber. Die Spülmaschine ist fürchterlich laut und reinigt nicht, wir mussten alles von Hand spülen.

Great location

This house is in a wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, Walmart etc. The house was clean when we arrived and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and pool area are lovely. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go on the canal. Downsides include that age and maintenance of the things inside the house. There are a lot of necessary items in the kitchen, but many are old and should be replaced. The toaster works well but is old and rusted on top. The Keurig sounds like it is on its last legs. While we appreciate the amount of plastic plates and glasses for use by the pool, there were not enough glass glasses for inside. Some of the bowls were stained and should have been replaced years ago. We had a very difficult time with the TVs. We never got the one on the lanai to work. The main one in the living room had no sound and it took several emails and several days before someone brought over an external speaker. The property manager was lovely but was out of town during our visit. All of those things were annoying but were not insurmountable. We enjoyed our stay with one exception. The lawn sprinklers were set to turn on late in the evening. Since no access to the garage is allowed (even to pass through), we repeated got wet when trying to get to the front door. We notified the property manager, but nothing was done to change the schedule. All of the issues that we had with this rental could be easily remedied and hopefully will.

Nice home for families!

The home was great! Big and spacious, perfect for a family with kids. The door keypad battery was dead so couldn't get in right away. My son found an open window so we did get in that way. Communication with host was not super quick but was pleasant. Didn't get to use pool or fish at docks due to weather (right before Milton) but over all it was a good house to stay at and would stay again.

Honeymoon paradise

We came here from Indiana for our honeymoon. We were concerned due to the hurricane coming through a few days prior but the host kept us updated on the situation. The check-in was easy. The house was as described. There are activities to keep you entertained on rainy days. The pool was relaxing and the fishing off the pier was awesome. Highly recommend this house.

Book the trip!

Our stay here was amazing! The home was very clean, well equipped with what we needed for the week and was in a great location. We loved the outdoor pool area and that flotation toys were provided for the kids. The tiki hut on the canal was a wonderful addition and was great for morning coffee and evening drinks/dinner. Fishermen would love fishing the canal and poles are provided. Communication with the host was quick and she was very accommodating to our questions. We loved this property and would book again!! No complaints!

Overall just about perfect

The house met our needs 100% - was easy to get to, coded keyless entry. The King bed in master is awesome. The pool was so warm was wonderful. The only flaws in our stay - the outside furniture (pads) are just about flat. The iron chairs on the dock by canal, my husband sat down and leaned back and it fell over and he hit his head (we moved it away from the table for future guests not to use) and the living room couch (facing patio door) is wonky - off the track or something. I am a fan blade clean freak, the outside patio blades need cleaning desperately. I would have done it but figured I’d fall over and break my leg! We will go back like I said the house is nearly perfect - the things I mentioned are fixable.

Beautiful Home

This was a very comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool area. We would have used the pool but the water was cold due to several days of cold nights and cloudy weather. Our only disappointment was the pillows and bedding could be a lot better. When we left we discovered that mattress pads were NOT clean. Just a few simple improvements would make this property perfect.

The house was very clean and really nice. The pool was warm and stayed clean and clear. The outside is where we spent most of our time. The house has like 8 fishing poles, and we fished off the dock everyday, and the outside side tv was nice too. We met the neighbors who were very nice. The furniture, the washer and dryer all new and in good shape. Everything you need as far as restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are all less than 5 minutes away. We had a great stay in this house.

Nice place

A very nice home, had all we need and more. The kids had fun with airhockey and in The pool. Only bad thing to say was that there where many bugs in The pool.

Great house and more

The house was clean and so spacious! The pool is fantastic with color changing lights at night. The tiki hut on the canal was lovely at night when we were fishing. We really appreciated the extra items for the beach such as the umbrella and coolers. We will be back!

Great experience.

Property was everything it had represented. Nice facilities, good sized rooms, great pool, house was well appointed. Neighborhood had everything we needed within about 2 minutes. Communication with property manager was excellent from the time of booking to time of departure. Really couldn't have asked for anything more. Would happily stay there again.

We Would Definitely Stay Again

This Vrbo was everything we could’ve wanted/needed for our 8 day vacation in Cape Coral. Nancy’s listing was completely accurate! She was extremely responsive with any questions we had. I’d recommend asking her for the code to the home before you show up so that you don’t have to wait a few minutes for her text, but that was completely our mistake. Nancy provides an awesome binder with rules, tips, and recommendations of bars/restaurants. We did notice that she stated Dixie Road House (a phenomenal place to get your groove on) and the other bars close to it were walking distance from the rental however we definitely did not agree lol. Although it was only an 11 minute drive, it would’ve been a 2 hour walk according to Apple Maps. Everything from the beds to the pool was perfect! I would recommend maybe a few more lights around the pool to make it a slight bit more aesthetic and easier to see at night but again, we loved it how it was. I also would recommend new shower curtains just because we seen some discoloration on the bottom of them. Lastly, the toilet in the master bedroom had a hard time flushing every so often. Other than those small suggestions, we have no complaints whatsoever. I highly advocate Nancy as a host! 😊 If you ever stay in Cape Coral, make sure to check out Zirilli’s for outstanding Italian homemade ice cream! 🍦🍧

Amazing amazing! Absolutely close to everything! House was perfect pool was perfect. Great location on the water watching all the boats go by, the property manager was by far the best we have ever experienced! Quick responses, helpful and just all around a great experience! Walmart right at the end of the street and Publix also and T.J.Maxx, tons of amazing restaurants with live entertainment!! Great location

Nice place to hang out with family.

This was the first time we have been to Florida. The property is just how its described online. Clean, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice sitting area next to pool with gas fire pit and TV. Nice dock to hang out on. Caught some catfish (Whisker Shark) with frozen shrimp. If you are an early riser, go down to the dock about 6 to 6:30, it was almost like clock work, there were schools of fish making their way out to the open water. The only issue I had was, I didn't receive a door code to get into the house when we arrived. Just make sure you get the code when you get your check in info. All in all it was a nice place, comfortable and close to things to do and places to eat. I would recommend staying here.
