Cozy Lexington 2-Bedroom Ranch House

This home is located in the quiet and safe Village of Lexington and is perfect for couples or small families.

Conveniently located to Mid-Ohio Race Track (10 mins), Snow-trails Ski Resort (15 mins), retail, grocery stores and entertainment, parks and several area lakes.

This home was recently updated, is very spacious and comes with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The space is attached to my home, but has a private, separate entrance, fenced rear patio and off-street parking.

My home is in a very safe, middle-class residential neighborhood. There are no homes to the rear of the residence, just lots of green space. There is a community pool and kids soccer fields in the distance, so there will be occasional "happy noise". Kids still ride their bikes and play in this neighborhood, so if that is bothersome to you, you will be disappointed. The neighbors are friendly, but unobtrusive and it safe to take a stroll through the neighborhood. There are several very nice parks for families to enjoy and quick access to a walking and biking path that goes through several neighboring towns. In the summer months, there is a Go-Cart course and Putt-Putt Golf located 5 minutes from this home.
There is ample choices for dining and shopping close by. I have a comprehensive guest book for your viewing when you arrive.

This is a very lovely home and is very well stocked with a lot of essential items and many extra’s . Definitely a very homey and comfortable place. We will definitely return. Our only wish is if it had a washer/dryer. My husband and I travel light and would like to be able to do our laundry and go home with our clothes clean.

Thanksgiving 2023

We had an amazing time with family and friends. The home was clean and very tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and very roomy. All of the closets and cupboards were well stocked. We have stayed in VRBO and Airbnb all across America and this was by far one of the nicest ones. We were here from Georgia and did not have an ice scraper and there was even one of them for us to use. Thanks again for a great stay. We have already booked it for another week for Christmas and we are so glad we did

Comfortable, clean & quiet

My grandson and I chose this house for its convenience to Mid-Ohio sports car raceway. Certainly a better option than any nearby hotel for two people. Great two bedroom, clean, comfortable beds and a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Small two bedroom house with a kitchen. Had everything we needed and probably everything that everyone else would need. Nice touches throughout. I like the large bicycle theme bedroom. We're definitely stay here again when I am up in the area.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Stayed her during a race weekend at nearby Mid-Ohio sports car course. It was clean, comfortable and everything was as advertised. I had excellent communications with the host and no issues whatsoever. Would recommend this place!

Fabulous!

This is one of THE best VRBOs that we had stayed at in the past twenty years that we have used VRBO! Communication with Andy w (owner) was always quick and easy-even when we threw a few last minute changes at him! The place was absolutely spotless! I don’t think I have ever had a cleaner rental! And the supplies that Andy provided went above and beyond an owner’s responsibility! He even had 4 different kinds of coffee, along with coffee pods! Never had that before. Anything we needed was at our fingertips! We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Andy!

This house was so beautiful and updated. I wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio & BBQ - The only thing I didn’t like was the table & chairs - I have back & tailbone injuries- but we ate on the comfortable coaches with TV tables - like we do at home 😆we have family in the area so will definitely be back . Owner Andy was extremely helpful ! Thanks again !

Best VRBO Rental We've ever stayed at....

This rental unit should get 15 stars for cleanliness....it was sparkling. The linens and towels were so fluffy and fresh smelling!!! The beds were so comfy, I hated getting out of it....! Everything is labeled so you don't have to struggle opening every cupboard to find the plates, toaster, etc. The coffee situation was amazing...I'm a coffee snob, he had an espresso machine and a coffee maker with all different coffees and creamers and sweeteners to choose from. He had the fridge stocked with all condiments you could possible need. He had a dispenser in the shower with everything needed there....He has the place decorated so awesome, I loved it!!!! It was way bigger than i thought it would be. The only thing that bummed me out was that this place wasn't in a tropical location with an ocean....but we had to stay in mid-Ohio for a tournament....so nothing you can do about that! Great great place!!!!

Simply Wonderful

The home was very welcoming and convenient to all the area had to offer. We stayed a whole week.The owner was very responsive to our requests. I especially liked the outdoor patio overlooking a large grassy area. I communicated a long and detailed review to the owner upon leaving and he seemed grateful for my insights and suggestions. It is a place we would stay in anytime while our son builds his house out on the lake. Do not miss the local brew pub. Good beer, good food and good fun. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Small but comfy

While the home is older and a small ranch, the owner has done a wonderful job with keeping it up-to-date, clean and decorated. The pictures, rugs and arrangements really did make it feel more like home than some of the other VRBO‘s I have rented with very little decorating on the walls. The kitchen was stocked well and we loved the complementary coffee and espresso bar. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space in the bathrooms. If I needed to give any negatives, the only one I can mention would be to be very careful with stepping down from the kitchen into the TV room. I actually made a caution sign and taped it to the floor to remind me of the one step down. There is caution tape on the way back to stepping up into the kitchen but nothing for stepping down into the TV room. The neighborhood was quaint and I felt safe.

Wonderful

What a pleasant surprise! This property is lovely. The photos do not do it justice. I highly recommend this property. It is stocked well and it is very clean. The bathrooms are very nice with new plush towels available. It was very nicely designed for my husband and our twins to enjoy four days together. My 95 year old parents could finally get out of the assisted living nearby without having to quarantine for two weeks after. To be cautious we decided to eat in. Cooking was easy because the kitchen has all you need. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to hangout in the family room when they visited. We arrived in Ohio too late to hit the store so the morning coffee was an extra bonus. We loved the flavored creamers at the Coffee bar & the variety of snacks before we got to the grocery store. The rear patio with BBQ was a bonus since we had warm, sunny days. Andy was very easy to get information from. Entrance into the property was very easy. What a nice guy! You can see that his goal is to ensure a good experience. We hope to stay each time we visit from Idaho.

Great, beautifully decorated home.

The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room with both a living room and a family room. There is a single step down going into the family room. The galley kitchen overlooks the family room, keeping conversations going between the kitchen and family room. The kitchen was not only well stocked with dishes and cookware, but also, had a variety of coffees and spices. We enjoyed our visit very much.
