Enjoy this fully furnished, true log cabin on magnificent Fightingtown Creek.

Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cabin is fully furnished and features a wood burning fireplace coupled with a wraparound, covered deck allowing you to enjoy all the tranquility that mountain life has to offer. Enjoy the amenities of the game room downstairs or relax on the porch and listen to the rushing waters of Fightingtown Creek. Amenities inside the cabin include a grand fireplace (wood provided), cable Wi-Fi internet, TV/DVD, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 (queen bed - main bedroom and 2 twin beds - loft/bedroom) and has room for up to 6 guests (sofa bed - living room). Additionally, guests are allowed 2 dogs.

On the outside, enjoy all nature has to offer with surrounding forest featuring a dedicated area along the peaceful Fightingtown Creek complete with a private picnic area and fire pit.

The cabin offers easy access is a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge offering dining, shopping and attractions providing the best that the North Georgia Mountains offer.

Wonderful Stay!!!

We chose this cabin for our “girls” trip this year with my daughter and granddaughter’s. We loved the cabin! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. We watched movies from the great selection that was in the cabin. We played games and brought some crafts to do together. We had a wonderful and great time! The host responded to all my texts and was very kind. This is a great place to enjoy or relax. We spent a lot of time on the covered back porch which was so peaceful! Loved it!!!

Blue Ridge

This was our first stay ever with VRBO, now I know what to look for when choosing a property. We didn’t like that it was on a stone road with a straight down driveway. We also need grass to walk our dog and there was none. The cabin is cute and had all the basic necessities. Not a true 2 bedroom, 2 twin beds in a loft looking down over the living room doesn’t count as a bedroom in my book. Spiral staircase to game room was super steep and hard to navigate for us old folks.

Beautiful cabin

Its a beautiful, cozy cabin.The moss covered yard in front of a creek is amazing. Bed was comfy enough, everything was pretty clean other than it needs a good dusting in some nooks and crannies. Host made it an easy check in and it was a wonderful time.

The cabin was nice and cozy good location also near a few attractions. Only minor issue was the downstairs game room had an excess of flies so we didn't get to enjoy that part but only a minor issue i would rent again

Long weekend

The inside was quite clean. Outside steps and furniture ok. May have had wind shortly before we came. The beds and furniture were really comfortable . Sheets and towels were a good quality. Nicely supplied kitchen. I would suggest no slop strips in tub. I put a washcloth down on the floor after the first shower. We also thought that a dehumidifier would be beneficial. A musty scent to the cabin. We had a great time. I brought my dogs bowls, but thought it was so thoughtful to have a bowl set in the bathroom closet.

Fishing and relaxing

My husband and I go to Blue Ridge often and we were pleasantly surprised by our cabin. We could have used a broom and kitchen wash cloth along with a large pot to accommodate corn or noodles. The porch was soothing as we could hear the water running through the creek. My husband made great use of his waders and we got to take a few trout home.

Mountain Getaway

Cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. Our lab really enjoyed swimming in the creek.Site was beautiful and peaceful. AT&T phone signal was nonexistent, but internet connection was good, and setting phone to wifi calling worked well. A storm-related loss of power resulted in loss of water as well as lights. Maybe plan to bring some bottled water and flashlights just in case!

Older home on a very slippery driveway

Home was clean for the most part, the microwave had food spots in it, the window above the sink had food spots as did the outside of the dishwasher. The downstairs was dusty with cobwebs, my wife cleans homes so this is a big issue for her. The place was OK, but could use some TLC on the grounds.

Tranquil Get-a-Way

Cute cabin decor with everything needed for a nice vacation. Even had bowls and blankets to cover the furniture for our pups. They enjoyed exploring the large yard. We enjoyed the big porch areas. Near downtown Blue Ridge. Enjoyed McCaysville too. Highly recommended!! Will visit again.

A bit of country

The cabin was decorated so well in every area of the home. Well, stocked with towels and washcloths, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and wood for the fireplace. Easy traveling to town and surrounding towns. Owners were just a phone call or text away.
