This home is cozy and elegant, with everything you need to have a blast. You can also cook a yummy meal in the kitchen, snuggle on the sofa with a book, or sip a drink on the balcony, while making memories with your loved ones.
This place has plenty of room for everyone, no matter who you’re traveling with. One room features four snug bunks that the kids will love, while two other rooms have soft queen beds for a good night’s sleep. And for those who like to stretch out, the last room has a king bed that’s super comfy.
You can whip up delicious dishes in the kitchen, which has all the appliances and utensils you need to feed everyone. And when your clothes need a wash, you can use the washer and dryer that are very convenient.
This Beach Barn is all yours to have a cozy and unforgettable stay, with every room at your service. Just stay away from the attic!
Want some outdoor fun? The patio, backyard, and grill are ready for you to start the BBQ and have a blast. And when you need to wash off the sand, the outdoor shower is just what you need.

This home is in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, same beach as Crystal Beach, just a bit north. The street block only contains 4 homes, 3 homes are rentals and one of the homes houses full-time residents. The home is only a few steps to the beach and has spectacular beach views. Driving a bit south into the thick of Crystal Beach is where you'll find shops, a grocery store and restaurants. You're in an incredible location and that's why this small beach home is one of the most popular in Crystal Beach.
Your best bet is to get around by car, but you can easily walk to the beach in less than 1 minute.
I want to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, that's why I've put together a few general rules to make your time with us as smooth and seamless as can be.
Think of these rules as a friendly agreement between you and us, to make sure everyone has a great time and the beach house stays in top-notch condition. By reading over these guidelines and following them during your stay, you're helping us maintain a safe and clean environment for all our guests.

• Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation.
• Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance.
**BRING BUG SPRAY** Mosquitos are notoriously bad at Crystal Beach.
• If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the sand shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
• Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
• Do not pour grease down the drains.
• Park only on the concrete driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle.
• If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
• Please lock doors and windows upon departure.
• If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
• Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
• If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
• By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.

-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. -If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
