The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for your cooking/baking needs, including a toaster and blender. The second bedroom has washer/dryer attached and accesses the storage area with bicycles. The patio is equipped with a charcoal and gas grill for your use and also an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The living room has one memory foam queen sofa bed with a flat screen TV. Second bedroom has queen size bed.

Guest access
Beach Therapy is the downstairs unit of this duplex, and has private access to a washer/dryer. Guests can access the shared patio and outdoor grilling space from the second bedroom.
Outdoor shower to rinse the sand off from your fabulous day at the beach is located at back of patio

Other things to note
Beach Therapy occupies the bottom floor of the newly renovated duplex. This unit has sole access to laundry and storage and can directly access the shared patio/grilling area . Free use of two bicycles included.
