This apartment is fully equipped and newly furnished, offering 3 spacious bedrooms, all with access to the large, open 200m2 terrace that offers breathtaking sea views, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate kitchen, an open living room and a dinning area!
It is composed of the following :
- Entrance area / living room, AC / dining room area + access to the 200 m2 terrace and its unobstructed, 180 degree sea-view
- Master bedroom : kingsize bed, large wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea-view, AC
- Bedroom 2 : double bed, desk, armchair, wardrobe, access to the terrace with a view of the valley, AC
- Bedroom 3 : double bed, 1 child bed (optional), wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea view, AC
-Bathroom 1: double bathroom sinks, 1 bathtub and toilet
- Bathroom 2: 1 shower, bathroom sink and toilet
- Kitchen : independent and fully equipped (American fridge, gaz stoves, micro-wave, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven)

Guests have access to all of the apartment and the two swimming pools that are on site.

This apartment is conveniently located on avenue Jean de Noailles, in the center of Cannes, near the Villa de Rothschild Médiathèque, in a very quiet and residential avenue.
This location gives the best of both worlds; relaxing and quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade but boasting easy access to some of the best that Cannes has to offer. The apartment is in walking distance from the beach, local market (Forville), the Croisette, the old town, restaurants and shops.
The apartment has the delight of being 15-20 minutes walk to the Cannes Film Festival location and the summer fireworks can even be watched from the terrace!
The Palais des Festivals is only 1.7 km away from the apartment (20 minutes walking distance)
10 minutes walking distance from Forville Market
The Gare de Cannes train station is only 1.7km away from the apartment as well.
Bus stop in front of the residence with routes to the train station, Croisette and surrounding areas in Cannes.
The beaches are 500 meters away from the apartment (5 minutes walking distance).
