Nice place to stay

Getting to the condo was a bit arduous in the dark, but overall it was a great place to stay. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the location was central, and access was easy. We never did get on the included internet, but were able to use our home Xfinity account, so it didn’t matter.

Dirty

This unit had dirty sheets, dirty bed sheets(stained and had hair) dirty bathroom tub(full of hair, the towels had hair on them. Was unable to shower had to go buy my own towels cause eww. Refrigerator had crumbs in it as well as countertops. The master bed was like sleeping on concrete it was sooo hard.Andrea sent someone out who changed my bed sheets but not the other room. That bath tub was not cleaned. We were told we would be refunded the cleaning fee and was not. The property manager or whoever he was was very rude and unprofessional. He acted as if we were lying and photo shopped the pictures of the filth that we sent to Andrea. He ended up hanging up on us saying have a good day. Horrible experience. Hated it l, they could have at lease made it right and refunded us. We couldn’t take a bath for 2-3 days. Had to wash up at sink, Ridiculous

Wife’s birthday weekend

The property manager was great , when we went to wrong building first he called and directed us to where we needed to be . He also checked on us later once we had checked in and had everything settled in . Property was clean , and comfortable , we enjoyed the pool before relaxing in the apartment for the afternoon . The garage was nice to keep the vehicle out of the parking lot . A little more secure . We visited a lot of thr surrounding areas . The location was easy to get in and out of . Our experience was overall great .

Book with precaution

When we arrived to the property, the code I was given to get in was incorrect. I had to stand out in the cold while they sent me several different codes that didn’t work. Once we finally got in we noticed that it wasn’t the same apartment as advised and there was hair and food crumbs in the beds and all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was molded and the toilet was nasty. We reached out to the property manager and he did not respond. This place was terrible. Me and my family had to sleep on the couch and as soon as we woke up we left and did not return back for our second night.

Great pools

We stayed for 10 days at this unit. We really loved the location, the pools, and the general complex. Our grandsons really loved the pools. The unit meet our needs, was really set-up for short-term stays (lack of certain items in the kitchen). It would have been helpful to have a map of the complex, more information about the remotes and the fobs needed for complex use, and just some general information such as: where can your visitors park?

Ok. Good location well kept outside. Did not like to give out my driver’s license to lease or filling in the rental agreement with the apartment. Celing fan blades filthy with black soot. Same thing for air conditioning filter

Beds were hard as floor. Pool was closed. Neighbor had large dogs that barked every time we entered.

Nice facility if it was managed correctly. We had half of roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet tissue for four people for 4 days. It had 1 dinner fork and small salad forks. Pool being closed was a big disappointment.

As advertised

Classic short term executive garden apartment rental. If you want to stay near NASA for a few days, perfect. Have to fill out a (standard Texas Form) rental apartment application with the apartment complex online, but seems to increasingly be the norm.
