You are on your own private deck up on the second story looking out across the water to Long Point lighthouse. Uninterrupted view. Lots to watch whether high or low tide or even just the coming and going of the tides. Look up from your book or cocktails or whatever and be calmed or excited by the expansive water view. Walk right down the stairs, along the walkway, down the short steps and go for a swim right on your own beach. No need to leave unless you want variety in your beaches or if it's low tide and you simply must take a dip. The neighbors are all respectful and surprisingly often not around during the day.
Outdoor deck with table and chairs and an awning to keep the am sun out and even allow al fresco dining rain or shine. Inside you can still gaze at the water from the comfortable sectional couch with a great 360 turning mosaic coffee table,. Even the cowhide stools swivel. Interesting artwork, many by the owner and his partner and lots of items collected far and wide. Good size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom again decorated with all sorts of interesting things to look at. As I enjoy when I travel, it's that extra experience you get from staying in someone's home rather than just another apt. All what you'd expect and more from the owner's own apartment.
And just down the street is Relish, one of the best delis in Town, and Sal's Place undoubtedly the best restaurant in Town. Oldest house in Provincetown is across the street and a cute little private alleyway and wonderful garden to gaze at from your bedroom window. Breakwater is a short walk away. This is the historic West End of Town.
