The 100 m² Villa Monplaisir is located on the heights of the village of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area, enjoying a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea. This charming single storey villa is the ideal home for your vacation!

Its large living room and dining room opens onto a covered terrace of 20m2 equipped which makes it a real living room. You can have all your meals there facing the swimming pool and the sea.

The other terrace, which is more intimate, is also furnished and has a gas barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker. It opens to the outside via a serving hatch opening onto the terrace and a bay window.

The wooded outdoor area will allow you to relax quietly by the pool in complete privacy.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.

The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, with a chest of drawers and a private bathroom overlooking the rear of the villa.

The second bedroom has a 160 bed with a wardrobe opening directly onto the swimming pool with a very pretty sea view.

The third bedroom has a 140 bed with wardrobe overlooking the rear of the villa.

A second bathroom with toilet is to be shared. A guest toilet is located at the entrance to the villa.

After your days of sightseeing you can relax in the swimming pool from where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.

You can park your vehicles for free on the street in front of the villa.

Near the villa, you can enjoy the beach of the village of Anses d'Arlet, famous for its rock with its numerous fish as well as the pontoon with the church (the famous postcard photo). But you will also enjoy the small covered market as well as the restaurants located on the beach. You will be a 5-minute drive from Grande Anse beach, known for its numerous turtles and magnificent sunsets.
