This is a lovely third floor unit. It has a Lagoon view, and is priced accordingly. Only steps to the beach! This resort is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously well kept. You will love the lush vegetation, tropical palm trees and emerald green grass surrounding 4 breathtaking swimming pools. There are peaceful waterfalls, a grotto, and  multiple hot tubs. There is a handicap pool hoist available. There are two wonderful restaurants and lounges on site.  You can stop in the Coffee Shop for your Cup of Starbucks.  The gift shop provides great gift buying opportunities, and snacks.  There is a Spa and Fitness center and also Salon Services, such as nails and hair onsite.  The Kauai Beach Resort is minutes from the airport and centrally located between the Kauai's North shore and the sunny Leeward Coast.

Kauai Beach Resort charges a Parking Fee of $35.00 per day plus Hawaiian State Tax payable upon check in at the resort.

There is a one time $130 Key fee plus Hawaiian State Tax that's paid at the time of booking. This fee is imposed by Kauai Beach Resort and not by Dream Vacations Kaua’i.

We supply the following items for your stay:

Pack and Play cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis upon request.

It is a great location...sometimes hard to get out onto the highway. The beach is not swimmable but great views. Plenty of pools and the staff were all pleasant. Roosters will make sure you get up in plenty of time to enjoy the day. Lots of plastic on the beach....come on people.

Great quiet condo but nothing in room to allow you to have food in room. We bought some disposable plates cutlery etc. This property is actually part of Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort. You actually check in at Outrigger lobby and get a bracelet to access your room. You have to show them your Blue Jade rental agreement. Owner does not seem to allow early or late access, we paid for an extra day in order to use the pool etc up to our late plane departure. You have to haul your garbage to a dumpster. We laundered our clothes the towels in a first floor outrigger laundry facility in building one. Outrigger does not housekeeping the room. Blue Jade has their own housekeeping service which is very pricy. ( they clean after you check out. Outrigger provide beach towels for use on resort but not off. We bought a couple of towels at Walmart for excursions and beach visits. Food and beverages very expensive at outrigger but food is fine. We chose to buy food and our own alcohol to reduce costs. ( cannot take your own drinks to pool. There is a lovely poolside cabana to get drinks and short order food. Lots of young families and children using pool etc. very child friendly. The Kauai Beach adjacent the resort is lovely but not great for swimming or snorkelling. On some day’s excellent fit boogie boarding. Nice swimming and snorkelling area for kids at Lidgate and Poipu Beaches. Costco Safeway and Walmart close by in Lihue and Kapaa.You need a vehicle to get around. 35 US for car parking

Beautiful Resort
Outstanding resort. Well maintained, gorgeous landscaping and nice pools/hot tubs. Great amenities available … bar, restaurant, lounge with entertainment, gift shop and a spa. The unit is basically a hotel room that is better decorated, nicer bed, bedding and pillows and has a larger fridge. Enjoyed the ice packs they had in the freezer. Small lanai, but we really enjoyed the view ( are there any bad views in Hawaii 😊). We had a small issue when we arrived and we had instant response from the property manager and it was resolved by the next morning. My only complaint, only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied. Since I’m not renting a unit that I’m shopping for groceries etc it would’ve been nice to have had enough toilet paper supplied.

Hotel stay on beach side resort
Overall great place to stay at while in Kauai. Only downfall was owner didn’t notify of the scaffolding outside the balcony so had to close the shutters for privacy with workers outside. The check in time and check out time are as stated. No flexibility.

Great place to stay. Everything they claimed was delivered. Only problem was the check-in where a misspelling of our last name caused confusion. There are two resorts and both claimed we didn’t have reservations until the mistake was discovered.

I got this place for friends who were staying here. They were very impressed with the place and liked it a lot. The only complaint was that the listing did not warn us about a $25 parking fee.

Disappointment
We arrived at the accommodation unit and encountered dirty towels. My wife went in to take a shower and on the mirror we saw a "f*** y**" caption with steam.... apparently they didn't clean the mirror like they didn't clean the towels. We couldn't get permission to leave the accommodation earlier despite everything. Not recommended at all.

Aloha!! Everything went well, just one thing about the room. The shower head wasn't producing a forceful spray, I had to stand close to the shower head to take a shower, other than that everything was well!!!

Pros: Resort, pools, beach access, and resort staff were great! Cons: Our room was privately owned and handled by a rental agency outside the resort itself. It was double booked and we were notified the night before our flight left. We were moved to three different rooms, with our toddler, during our stay, of which we preferred the one we’d originally booked as it was quieter and got more daylight. Another one was next to the noise of the pool and the other by a smoking station on the outside of the resort. We spent three mornings stuck at the hotel waiting to hear if our next room was ready, being in the cleaning staff’s way for the current room, and interrupting our son’s nap schedule. The rooms were mostly clean with the exception of the carpet feeling dirty, but were poorly maintenanced with lots of chipping paint, rust, broken items like towel racks and sliding doors, showers that ran cold after 5 minutes, and mold on the lampshades. After being denied several times for some sort of refund, the agency we booked with offered a dinner as compensation only after learning we were expecting. Sadly, not the comfortable, relaxing babymoon we’d hoped for at 7 months pregnant.
