This is a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo, Newly Renovated!
There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa pullout in the living room. full size kitchen with abundant storage and 2 Amazon Fire Start TV's for your entertainment!
Centrally located so you are within walking distance to a diverse array of dining venues and local entertainment. Breathtaking views of the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, from the balcony of the condo!
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, 1 hour from Disney & Universal Studios, and only 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The kitchen has everything you need, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room besides having an unbelievable view, has a sofa with a pull out Queen memory foam mattress, and a 40in TV with free WiFi. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a stone floor which includes soap, towels and hair dryer.
The bedroom, includes sheets, and pillows. This unit also has a washer and dryer. All units are thoroughly cleaned after all guests.
Outside on our balcony you will find stairs that will take you directly to the beach on your private path. We supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and boogie boards. The balcony also has a shower, to rinse off after the beach, plus a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch our beautiful sunrises.

Perfect location! Beautiful Sunrises! Shuttle launched!

Caught the shuttle launch to rescue the stranded astronauts! View from beach and balcony! Super clean unit with washer/dryer in bedroom closet! So convenient! Walk to many restaurants and bars- but kitchen fully stocked for cooking! We will be back next year! Super host too!

Right on the water

Amazing location just steps from the beach and the heart of downtown. Quaint little apartment but had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! Hosts were responsive and accommodating!

Beautiful Views

The location of this condo is amazing. It's right on the beach and we had a great view of a rocket launch that took off from Kennedy Space Center.We had great communication with the owners and they were quick to respond.We would definitely like to stay here again!

Its a nice place

The location is very nice. Owner communication was excellent. Unit could have been cleaner upon arrival but was ok with the "once over" by us. TV is app driven so arrive with your log-in info. Bar near the unit is noisy but handled with white noise for sleeping..

The view from the condo was amazing. It was also easy to walk to restaurants and other activities. The owners communicated with us throughout the process. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing & safe property

We came over new years! There was a party at the restaurant next door which a heavy police presence just patrolling to make sure nothing went wrong. That provided a great sense of safety! The home itself was very well kept, and right on the beach! Check in was easy, and the communication with the property owner was efficient and effortless! Will definitely be returning!

Great Location

Right on the beach, and can walk to many bars/restaurants.The unit was clean, furniture was nice, bed was not very comfortable for two people. The unit is compact as stated, a little too tight for us, but very cute.

Very Clean With Awesome Views

Nothing better then opening the patio doors and hearing the ocean. Well, maybe sitting on the deck drinking morning coffee. Condo was perfect size for two people. Has been updated and was very clean. Plenty of amenities and a very homy feel. Short drives to shopping, restaurants (some even within walking distance). Only a couple "minor" issues. Parking area was kind of dark. It looks like maybe a couple lights on the poles were not working? Bed was fairly comfortable but the wife and I always seemed to roll to the middle. Maybe because we are used to a king bed? These minor issues would not stop us from staying there again. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at!

Great Condo & Location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Condo is small, but has everything you could want. On the beach, with beautiful views, great location, walking distance to food, entertainment, shopping. We enjoyed our stay, taking in a show at Heidi's, was a perfect getaway weekend, thank you Jean!

We really enjoyed our Cocoa Beach getaway! This condo was absolutely perfect. Excellent furnishings and very well kept. Great location right on the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We spent most of our time on the beach and would definitely stay here again. The owners were very communicative and answered some questions we had prior to our stay promptly.

Exactly as listed! Great view!

This property was exactly as described. The stairs leading directly to the beach were wonderful, as well as the outside shower to clean the sand off. The view was amazing. We even got to see a night time shuttle launch!

Great experience

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect spot for myself and my husband. It was close to all the local bars and restaurants and just steps away from the beach. Everything we needed was located within the rental making this stay very easy and comfortable!

My wife and I enjoyed the property's view and short walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants within walking distance which eliminated the hassle of driving and finding parking.

Excellent view of Cocoa Beach

Balcony overlooks the beach. There are stairs that lead from your balcony to a walkway that leads straight to the water. The one bedroom condo is very cute and clean. The air conditioning system is a little loud, but it kept us comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. You can see Coconuts on the Beach from the balcony. It is an excellent restaurant with live music. I would definitely stay here again.
