Step out the front door to the pool and whirlpool. (with a separate children's pool) Walk 5 minutes to the beach. Easy access to all Palmetto Dunes amenities--golf, tennis, biking. Sit on the back patio that overlooks the Lagoon. 3 bedrooms each with its own private bath plus a half bath on the first floor. Living room and Master bedroom with Smart TV's. All other bedrooms have cable TV. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 King beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. LARGER GROUPS?? Great Experience

Overall we had a great experience at this villa and it was perfect for our vacation. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and also checked-in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. The villa was clean, updated and the kitchen was well stocked. An easy walk to the beach and the pool is steps from the front door. Beds and sofa were all very comfortable. Washer and drier are new and worked great. We liked being tucked in to the quieter side of PD, and it was a short bike ride to the General Store; we also rode our bikes to Shelter Cove. Would highly recommend for a family of 4-6 looking for something close to the beach, on the quiet side and easily accessible to all PD has to offer.

Great family getaway!

We(family of 4..2 teenage sons)travelled from Ohio for a week long stay in Nancy’s condo and found it to be everything we had hoped when we booked it. We used Hilton Head Outfitters (just up the road within the PD gates) for our bikes which were delivered and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend renting or bringing bikes. We utilized the trails which literally were right at the end of the drive of the condo, every single day. Also, the pool and hot tub were right outside the door, which our teenage sons really enjoyed! A few days it was warm enough for us adults to use as well. Ocean access is very quick and easy to get to via walking or biking. It is a very quiet area within Palmetto Dunes which I appreciated. The layout of the condo suited our family perfectly. It’s truly a beautiful place! I contacted Nancy with a few very minor issues at the start, and she responded quickly and is very on top of things as an owner! We plan on coming back again next year and we can’t wait!

Nice and comfortable accommodations within easy walking distance to the beach. Also has a pool for the small complex. We used the pool regularly during our visit.

Near Perfect

This condo is one of the best equipped rentals I have ever booked. The location is perfect -- off the beaten path a bit, but central to most things. Four adults were very comfortable. Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The cookies were a lovely, delicious touch. The only minor quibble that made it less than perfect was the fact that the listed "barbeque grill" was charcoal, not gas as we had mistakenly assumed. But since we frequented many of the area restaurants, it did not impact us too greatly. All said, highly recommend; would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful experience

We had an amazing week here. The house was just as described with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location was perfect for all activities offered. Although it was too cold to swim we still enjoyed sitting by the pool. It was a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed bike riding and pickle ball right at the resort without driving anywhere. There is everything within walking distance if you want. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was another plus. We highly recommend this property for anyone of any age group.

Great place - green value

We greatly enjoyed our time at Nancy'd condo. Communications were fantastic. The condo has a nice open plan layout on the primary floor which worked great for visiting with our family. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended

My best friend and I had a wonderful stay. This place basically had 3 master bedrooms as they all had their own bathrooms. The convenience of upstairs and downstairs thermostats made our accommodation perfect since we both preferred different temperatures. It’s a very short walk to the beach where we even passed by 3 deer along the way and the beautiful backyard setting added to the overall charm of the place. Unfortunately the weather was rainy for us but the comfort of the big sectional couch and access to streaming movies made up for it and Nancy the owner was very gracious in making sure we had a nice stay. Highly recommended!

Found a winner!

This was everything we could have wanted! Very clean and well decorated. Lots of seating to relax. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is right outside the door and the beach is about a 3-5 minute walk. The beach access wasn’t too crowded, so we were easily able to find plenty of space for the kids to run wild on the beach. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again!

Memorable Vacation

We always stay in Palmetto Dunes, HH, but we had never stayed in Huntington. Loved it! The condo was nicely laid out and provided ample space for our family. Thank you Nancy (owner) who was readily available to answer questions or concerns and helped make our vacations one of the best.

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes

The condo reflected the pictures shown. Everything that you might want was available. We had no issues with the unit. Everything worked out great. Very short 1 minute walk to the pool. About a 5 minute or so walk to the beach.

Great!

The villa was beautiful! There were some updates, the inside was newly painted and the kitchen and downstairs bath countertops were brand new. We loved the layout it was perfect for our family. The villa was plenty of space for everyone.The enclosed porch was a great place for my granddaughter to play with her toys. The location of the villa was next to the pool and just a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was quick to respond and very attentive in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable as could be. We will definitely be back.

Great family stay

We loved our time at this property. It had everything we needed, Nancy does a nice job of providing essentials plus things you don’t always find (for example, a cabinet of cooking or baking supplies, which came in very handy during our stay over Thanksgiving!). The layout works well, it’s super convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And just a short walk to the beach!

Zu Gast bei Nancy

Rob and Nancy have been together for nearly 20 years and have their primary home in Cleveland, OH where they have both have had successful careers as Health Care Executives. In addition, Rob had a career in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve retiring after 36 years as a Major General.~ Nancy always thought the perfect vacation was at the Beach. Rob eventually saw it her way!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

After many vacations in North and South Carolina, Florida and the Caribbean, we always seemed to gravitate back to Hilton Head. Over the last couple of years we have appreciated getting away from the cold for a few weeks of the winter. Then, 2020 taught us all how to work remotely! So, we think we found the perfect place here at 80 Ocean Lane.

This unit has it ALL!! Great pool /whirlpool/children's pool directly out the front. A 5-minute walk to a fabulous beach and....a deck off the back to enjoy the quiet of the Lagoon. Our family has enjoyed this as a place to get away from the pace of daily living. A place where one can recharge and rejuvenate and enjoy ALL that Hilton Head has to offer..
