South facing balcony not overlooked with mountain views.

Kitchen area with electric hob, mini - oven, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator.

Outdoor parking shared with the residence, non-nominative spaces.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.

Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of €25 per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
