2-room apartment facing due south, 64 m², rated 2*, for 6 people, on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator located in the center of Brides-les-Bains, close to restaurants.

Living room with dining area and flat screen television, sofa bed, access to a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountain and its forest, shops and restaurants and the Olympe cable car.

KITCHEN CORNER:
Open to the living room with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan, fridge and freezer.

BEDS:
- 1 bedroom with south-facing balcony: a 160cm double bed (2 people) and a set of bunk beds (2 people)
- Living room: a sofa bed (2 people).

Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. Washing machine.

Two covered parking spaces in a row below the residence (direct access with the elevator).

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen included from 12/15 to 04/15 for short winter stays.

Bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required upon arrival.
