-There are 2 pools (heated) on the property from 8 AM-10 PM;

- Weekends: 7 AM-10 AM;
- Housekeeping is offered for guests staying 4 nights.
- Pets are allowed (Dogs only) for a cost of $75 for the first 3 nights and free of charge for the remaining nights;

DOCKS & MARINA:
There are public docks across the street from the property as well as a public "Deep Blue" marina at the back of the property. The marina is not associated with the property but is just steps away and may be used by guests. Please inquire with them directly to get the rates.

- These are TWO separate units. These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other - the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for TWO units.
