PLEASE NOTE: This is a one car MAX property.
Please note: Perdido Skye is still undergoing an exterior restoration project that began in November 2023. Work is anticipated to continue through Fall 2024. Anticipated to end sometime around December 2024 based on current schedule projections, weather permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Current clean up of punch list items with minimal affects to guests concerning unit entry doors through beginning of October 2024. Opening the door for testing and minor repairs is expected during this phase.
• East side stucco work should be done by mid October 2024, schedule permitting. Minimal affects to guests.
• Walkway grinding will take place and will be noisy and dusty. This is going to happen Mid-October through mid-November 2024. Walkways will still be accessible.
• Mid-November the pool deck will be closed for pool repairs for up to a week, schedule and weather permitting.
• Floor closures will take place by November 11th 2024, schedule permitting, and will last about 12 days. Once the schedule is released, we will alert guests as soon as possible for possible relocation.
