DIFY Luxury - Place Bellecour

This modern apartment is ideally located in the heart of the peninsula, a few steps from the Lyon-Perrache train station and Place Bellecour. Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a family or for a business trip. You will find everything you need for your stay in the apartment.
This 50 m² apartment is located in an old building. Completely renovated and bright, it is composed of :
- A large living room with a sofa, a flat screen TV with international channels, and a dining table for 4/6 people.
- An open and uncluttered kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
- A bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate.
- On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed for two people each. You can also put your suitcases there.
An iron and storage space are also available!
We provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules.
Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. We will ask you to show the corresponding ID to the reservation when you get the keys.

The arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours and subject to availability, a surcharge will be requested:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
If you arrive later than 11pm we ask you to inform us in advance so that we can organize your reception.
When you leave, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure time limit.
