The main bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, complete with a garden tub/shower combination and double sinks. The larger of the two guest bedrooms offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a private full bath with a standard tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is perfect with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and there is an additional full bath off the hallway with a walk-in shower.

Relax in the comfort of the condo or explore the extensive resort amenities. Enjoy access to a private beach, a Gulf-side pool and hot tub, and recreational facilities such as tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and grilling areas. The Village Mercantile, Creamery, and Lawn area are also available for guests to explore and enjoy.

For a more extensive range of amenities, visit the Clubhouse, where you can access the indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise area, sauna, spa, and tiki bar/restaurant. Access to these facilities is available for an additional fee, starting at $48 per day, payable directly to The Clubhouse. Parking Fee: A registration fee of $40 per vehicle per stay is added for up to 2 vehicles. Guests will receive parking passes on-site upon arrival. Parking rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.

*The Catalina building is undergoing an extensive construction project involving the north-facing walls of the hallways. Significant noise will be present Monday through Friday through the end of February 2025. Large construction equipment will also make the far east side of the parking lot inaccessible. *
