Unsere schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnung die Ecke Einheit in Chateau Chaumont. Wir sind auf der obersten Etage eines 3-stöckigen, gepflegtes Gebäude mit 24 Einheiten, die eine große Gemeinde hat. Unsere Einheit ist sonnig, hat hohe Decken, bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Aspen Mountain und ist nur wenige Schritte von allem, was in Aspen!

Unsere Wohnanlage ist sehr schön im Inneren ernannt, aber die wirkliche Infrastruktur ist die Lage. Wir sind buchstäblich 1 1/2 Blocks von der Aspen Mountain Silver Queen Gondel, und der City Market Lebensmittelgeschäft und die Grog Shop-Spirituosengeschäft sind quer über die Straße. Chateau Chaumont ist in der Innenstadt von Aspen, gegenüber vom Sky Hotel (mit einem großen Après-Ski-Bar und einem öffentlichen Schwimmbad) und hat eine fabelhafte Whirlpool im Innenhof. Lokale RFTA Busse sind nur 3 Blocks entfernt und bieten kostenfreies Skifahrer Shuttles zum Snowmass, Aspen Highlands und Buttermilk Berge. Mit so viel, was in Aspen, ist es wichtig, um Schritte zu sein!

Unsere Wohnanlage wurde kürzlich von einer Innenarchitektin mit neuen Crate and Barrel Möbel, 2 tiefe Ledersofas, 2 neue Flachbildfernseher (Familienzimmer TV verfügt über einen DVD-Player), WI-FI, eine Stereoanlage mit iPod-Anschluss, Ralph Lauren Bettwäsche renoviert , Kaminofen und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit. Die Küche ist komplett bestückt und Gewürze und Waschmittel vorgesehen sind. Unsere private Veranda verfügt über einen Tisch mit Stühlen und einer Bank, und ist der perfekte sonnigen Ort für das Frühstück oder Hors d'oeuvres und ein Glas Wein am Ende des Tages! Das Master-Schlafzimmer, mit einem angeschlossenen Bad, verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Deckenventilator und einen Flachbild t. v. Sowohl die 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer haben 2 Einzelbetten in jedem Zimmer und Deckenventilatoren. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Garage und beheizten Schneeschmelze Spots in der Gasse.

Wir sind immer auf die Aktualisierung unserer Einheit. In den letzten drei Jahren haben wir aktualisiert die Dekoration, haben alle neuen gemütlichen Posturpedic Betten hinzugefügt, installiert einen neuen Maytag Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler, neue Fenster (mit neuer Silhouette Jalousien) und frisch gestrichen die vordere Eingang, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Deckenventilatoren wurden im Wohnzimmer und alle drei Schlafzimmer aufgenommen und der Verein baute eine fabelhafte Whirlpool im Innenhof mit starken Düsen.

Das ist wirklich das gute Leben, nur wenige Schritte von allem!

Loved our stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The building has an outdoor hot tub…big bonus after skiing. Easy walk to all shops, restaurants and super close to the Gondola. Wood burning fireplace! Comfortable beds. What more could you ask for?

Birthday weekend in Aspen

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The location couldn't be better, no need for a car, you can walk to everything. The grocery store, gondola and shops are all within minutes. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you'd need for a great vacation. The owners, Bob and Cindy, were very accommodating and have made every effort to make guests comfortable. They added many amenities not often found in rentals and we look forward to coming back again. Thanks for sharing the place with the rest of us!

We loved this place and can't wait to go back!!

This condo was spotless, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted. And the owners went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Spacious living area with high ceilings and great views was perfect for our family gatherings. The grocery store and bike rental across the street was so convenient. We had a car but really didn't need it. We walked and biked everywhere from this condo...hiked the ute trail to the top, rode the gondola, picnics at the several parks, biked the rio grande trail around the town, walked to the festivals, shops, and restaurants. And enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. This was the perfect spot for us and i would recommend to anyone looking for lots of activities, perfect location and great value.

Convenient, Practical Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Aspen. It is super convenient (walking distance to everything!) and has everything you need in the condo - humidifiers, extra towels, all kitchen gear + paper towels, etc. Check in and out were super easy and the owner was great to communicate with. The only downside for us was the three flights of outdoor stairs necessary to access the condo (we were traveling with a baby). The stairs were shoveled off eventually when it snowed, but still rather slippery and precarious when carrying a child or a stroller. All that being said, I would recommend this property to other travelers, especially young adults with no babies or people with a difficult time with stairs.

Great location, a nice place for family

We stayed for 4 nights in February. While the bedrooms are small, the place was big enough for our group of 6, including 4 teenagers. The condo is very conveniently located, just a couple of blocks from the bus depot and the grocery store, as well as lots of restaurants and the Aspen gondola. The two bathrooms are recently renovated and really nice. The hot tub is large and at least one of us used it every night. The reprogrammable combination lock on the front door makes access very convenient, even if you arrive late the first night like we did. The owner is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended as a reasonably priced option in Aspen.

Cozy, comfortable, & what a location!

We spent a week in this condo in Aspen and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The layout is ideal for one adult couple and 4 singles (kids, etc) with two beautiful, newly remodeled bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a bonus. Convenient to all of Aspen, and a particularly easy walk to the Gondola. Only negative was the construction currently going on to south and west of the building. In fact, all of Aspen is bustling with major construction, so I'm guessing by this time next year there will be a lot of shiny new places around.

Cozy home in a great location

I just returned from a friends' ski trip to Aspen. This home was perfect - everything is as it appears in the photos. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are luxurious (with Molton Brown toiletries) with soft and plentiful towels, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Washer and dryer look new and are very quiet. Location is fantastic with an easy walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola (even in ski boots), grocery store, or restaurants in town. Absolutely no need for a car, even if going to other mountains.

Great place, close to everything

Perfect location, just a block away from the gondola. The condo was centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed. We did not rent a car because of the condo's convenient location and the free public transportation. The condo was cozy and comfortably appointed with great views of the mountain.

Tremendous location and lots of amenities

Our family stayed in this 3rd floor condo for 9 days during the summer and enjoyed it very much. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are generous in space and well appointed. The kitchen has all the amenities, including a handy washer and dryer. We were one block from the Silver Queen gondola, 1 block from the grocery story and multiple shops, and didn't really need a car once we were settled. The living room has a view of the surrounding mountains and you have access to the pool and bar across the street at the Sky Hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of the Aspen so we walked everywhere and didn't even rent a car. The condo is on the top (third) floor so there's no risk of stomping feet above you. It's very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need at home. The owner was friendly and responsive. I will stay here next year.

Christmas in Aspen

We stayed for a week over Christmas. The location is perfect and you are spoiled by the proximity to the gondola, shops, markets, - everything. The owners are great hosts and we found the condo to be quite comfortable and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of skiing. We cooked in quite a bit so the full kitchen stocked with utensils, etc. came in handy. This is a great place to make your base while staying in Aspen!

Nice Condo in the Perfect Location

We have stayed here the past few years during the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. The condo is located right downtown, which makes it easy for anyone to make a quick stop at the condo if they forget something. Just about everything is walking distance from the condo. The owners are easy to work with and make sure you have a wonderful stay.

The VRBO heading for this unit ("Location Location Location") is an understatement. As other reviewers state, this condo is an ideal in town location. The grocery store, liquor store, bus stop, and ski lifts are all within a block. Restaurants and shops are all close at hand. The unit itself is bright, homey and well maintained with great views of the mountain. I'd highly recommend it.

AMAZING LOCATION

Really enjoyed staying at this 3BR condo with the right amenities in a GREAT LOCATION - 2 blocks away from all the action at the base of the Ajax Gondola. Clean, comfy, and accessible to everything by foot. The market and the liquor stores are literally across the street. Very quiet. We met some nice people in the complex coming and going. Terrific deal for the location.

Perfect Location

The location of this condo is perfect. Positioned right in town in close proximity to the Silver Queen Gondola and the City Market, as well as all the shops Aspen has to offer. The condo is positioned on the third floor which gives it the best views of Aspen Mountain. This condo has been maintained and is immaculate. The Owners were easy to deal with and made sure everything was how we wanted it.

Aspen in August was Spectacular!!!

Our family vacation (with teenagers) in Aspen was perfect! The condo location couldn't have been better with grocery store, cafe, bike rentals, Little Nell, rafting company, etc. all within a few blocks. It was extremely well-equipped and quite comfortable - just as shown. Hope to go back in the winter for a ski vacation sometime. Will definitely recommend it to friends. Even ran into some staying in the same complex!

Perfect location! Great 3 bedroom condo!

Our stay here in downtown Aspen couldn't have been better. The accommodations are great for 6 people or less with plenty of living area for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen opening up to the living area made everything very social. The wood burning fireplace wrapped it up in a perfect bow. The location is superb as you can walk to the lift at Ajax, the hottest Après ski locations, and all the dining and bars you like in downtown Aspen. The owners are an absolute delight to rent from and go out of their way to provide you the "must do's" in their special town of Aspen. My friends and I will definitely be staying in their condo again!

Would return in a heartbeat!

The unit made us feel very welcomed and was very warm. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and made it fun to cook in. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view and having a cocktail. We enjoyed meeting some of the neighbors and loved the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Being on the top floor, everything was very quiet. It is an easy walk to everything in town, especially the grocery store across the street. We definitely hope it is available next time when we want to come, because we will definitely be back!

Fantastic location and beautiful place!

This location could not get any better and the decorating is top notch. It was the perfect spot for our family of 6. 3 couples would be perfect too. Property is very well maintained and there is a ton of things to do. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by. There is plenty of space and everything is well appointed. Can't wait to return.

Great location and an ideal condo with wonderful owners

This was the perfect place for our family of five. Not only is it walking distance to nearly everything you need in Aspen, but the condo is very clean and comfortable, has great light, open "living" space and three comfortable and good-sized bedrooms. This condo was easy for us to live in for our two week vacation... we will definitely be going back again!

This well decorated/ comfortable condo's location is the best in Aspen. There are very few ski in/out condo's in Aspen. This is not one of them, but Its 1.5 blocks from the lift, in downtown Aspen with mountain views, is across the street from the grocery store, but is not on a bus route (i.e. no constant bus noise, but bus station is only 2.5 blocks away), AND you don't have too walk up a hill to get home! This is the good life.
