Nestled in a very central location of a private community in the Asheville mountains you certainly will enjoy this get a way with this 5 bedroom luxury home. You'll also enjoy the amenities of the large deck as well a fire pit on the lower patio and gas grill not to mention the lower level of the home complete with a large spacious common area with 65'inch tv and x box games for the kids. This home is located only 10 minutes to downtown ASHEVILLE as well as 2.2 miles to the Biltmore house and 5 minutes to interstate 26 or highway 40 and 15 to Asheville airport.

Great location but house needs attention
Very close to all activities in Asheville. House is large and fit our family. However it is in need of attention. The toilets had issues with flushing/clogging. My husband had to fix the flapper in one also. There is a sewage/musty smell in the house- seems like there is some kind of plumbing issue The gas stove didn’t work great - one knob missing also so could not ignite the burner. The filter for the house was dirty- we all felt our allergies were aggravated. The house is in need of a little TLC/attention. Overall a good house in a perfect location

It worked out
The room configuration was odd. Bedrooms that would be master suites contained 2 beds. 1 had a master bath and walk in closet, the other had an attached bathroom and a small closet, but since they had two queens in each, we let the younger kids use them. The downstairs master had crappy lighting and NO closet, weird. We made it all work, plenty of space and great location. We could have used more towels and the bathrooms should have had bath mats. Outside fire could not be enjoyed as there were no chairs.Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

Would Stay Again!
Besides a mattress that needs to be replaced in an upstairs bedroom and more lighting added to basement bedroom and bathroom, this house was perfect for what we needed. (Oh, also the fire pit was nice but there were no chairs (that we could find) around it!!) However, it was unbelievably close to the Biltmore Estates which was exactly what we needed. It was clean. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. The owner answered inquiring communication promptly. Would I stay here again? If I had a large group and needed to be near Biltmore, I definitely would!

Mansion close to Biltmore
Our large group (9 people) stayed here for my brother’s wedding at the Biltmore and it was perfect for us. The house is very close to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and the airport. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for large groups. Would recommend to anyone who is looking in this area with a large group! Owner is very friendly and responsive as well.

Family wedding/20 minutes from venue
VERY Clean, stocked with coffee,nice body wash available in all bathrooms,lots of towels, with 5 bdrms,tons of bathrooms,nice deck for grillling, garage was a hit for teenagers with the pool table, etc....Even basement finished with a bedroom, full bath&family room. Couldn't be nicer.was only 20 minutes from the wedding venue! This house had everything you would want for a family to stay!

Great Place for Large Number Of People!
Had many queen and kings beds to house a good bit of people and was so close to downtown and the blue ridge parkway. It was very clean. Don’t expect to get early check in as you will get the code only within an hour of check in. Thanks for the great stay!

Clean, pleasant place to stay
We had a great stay overall, but there wasn't much information about the check-in or check-out process. I had to message and ask about it and only then did I find out we would get a code to the property about 15 minutes prior to our check-in time. There wasn't any information to be found about specifics for staying there and what to do to check out. So for checkout, we just stripped the beds, ran the dishes that we used in the dishwasher, and left. I was told the information was in the virbo dashboard, but couldn't find any such information about checking in and out. The road leading up to the house was also rough. It was worse than a typical gravel road and full of potholes. Knowing this prior to our arrival would have been nice. Besides these things, our stay was a pleasant experience. It's a quiet area and felt safe and welcoming to be there. The house was very tidy, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and seemed very well taken care of. The outdoor spaces and garage setup were even well thought out and welcoming. Some incidental things like a couple of doors that stuck (assuming a result of the weather) and a couple of light bulbs not working was all that we noticed. Nothing major. Would definitely consider staying there again if the occasion should arise.

Beautiful and spacious house with a great outdoor deck
We had a great time during our stay in Asheville at this rental. It actually sleeps 14 people in beds and has plenty of bathrooms and space to spread out in which is fantastic for the rental price. Minus one star for slow/delayed communication around check-in but overall great stay,

Poor communication
The house was clean. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. The house itself was great. Actual location of the house was also good, HOWEVER The road leading to the house was horrendous. Huge pot holes, washed out etc. Communication with the host was not as great as my past VRBO experiences by any means. No check in information received. When asked, told it would come a few mins before check in time. Even at that had to again ask for code after check in time started. No wifi information provided. I’m sure if I asked it would have been provided but again, this should be something that is covered in a generic “welcome to the home” email that provides check in codes etc. I also had to ask what the check out information. Again, when I would ask, the owner did respond quickly, however it just felt that in the many places I have stayed, this is something that is all spelled out upfront. Overall, Asheville is wonderful, location was good, house itself was fine. But the road leading to it and the lack of information made it difficult to fully enjoy this house.

We stayed with two other families. Great location! As mentioned by others, road is a little rough to get in, it’s ok as long as you take your time. Kids loved the game tables in the garage. One mattress definitely needs to be replaced, as well as one bed frame. Other beds seemed quite comfortable. Host was very responsive, usually replying almost immediately.

Wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a girls' spa and mountain weekend. The house is close to downtown and easy to get to. Everything was clean and there was everything we could possibly need right there.

Beautiful house and close to downtown. Plenty of room for multiple adults. Only hiccup was that the water wasn’t on upon checkin but quickly resolved by the host. I would recommend this rental.

Friends mountain getaway trip
A bunch of parents got sitters for their kids and headed to the mountains to have some fun. This house was the perfect location for us and had everything we needed while being in close proximity to downtown. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and we would gladly stay again.
