A Modern One-of-a-Kind Mountain Home located on Whistler Mountain.

Ski / Bike In and Out - Right out your backyard.

Tucked away and hidden from street view, this modern interpretation of the classic mountain chalet is the ideal haven for all luxury vacation seekers. Featuring uninterrupted mountain views, ski in/ski out private access, over 4,000 square feet of living space, an outdoor hot tub and an expansive deck with alfresco dining.

The main floor showcases a sophisticated open plan dining and entertainment area, as well as a fully appointed kitchen and granite topped breakfast bar. Natural oak wooden surfaces complement the home's sleek but comfortable furnishings and the floor to ceiling glass windows provide plenty of natural light all year round. If you're hoping to create the perfect mood for a BBQ and/or sunset dinner and drinks, open all the glass windows and enjoy some true al fresco dining. Top it off by lighting the state-of-the-art hanging fireplace, sit back and enjoy the ambience.

There is a laundry, right off the kitchen with top of the line appliances. From here you can enter the large, heated, two car garage, with dedicated floor and wall mounted storage to satisfy all your ski and snowboard needs.
The driveway is maintained by a fully automated snow melting system so accessibility in and out of the home is always convenient.

Other features on the main floor include a home office, the primary bedroom with some of the best views in Whistler! Also featuring a California king bed, cable television, a full ensuite with a steam shower and an oversized tub.

Head down the stairs to the lower level and enter into a large lounge area with a media room and an electric fireplace. This space is enclosed with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a private patio and sunken hot tub.

The remaining family friendly bedrooms on this level include a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed and hallway bathroom and a pair of rooms with double beds and a shared bathroom between them. Heated floors throughout the home will keep you cosy during the winter and wine connoisseurs will be sure to appreciate the temperature controlled wine cellar, completing the amenities on the lower level.

You wake up to the most serene view of Whistler mountain. The snow covered forest is simply there, centuries old yet in the moment. First tracks on the slopes just a cup of coffee away, and after a tremendous day on the mountain you ski back in, the way you skied out, and straight into the hot tub. Apres ski is an experience. The perfectly appointed chef's kitchen has everything: the Japanese knives are razor sharp, the 6-burner Wolf range is a dream, and don't get me started on the top-of-the line grill weber grill. If you like to cook to the tunes of your favourite band, the Sonos system has got you covered, along with AppleTvs and streaming devices in each room. Meals are memorable in the dining room with floor to ceiling windows or alfresco. After dinner, sink into the womb chair with a good book and a scotch. Your 4 kids are running around but it doesn't matter. You are content, in the vastness of the mountain and the coziness of this house. No expense was spared on the finishes, the art, the details and the comfort of this home. You feel the love and positive energy in every room. However, the jewel of this place is the host. Meagan is the kindest of people and will go out of her way to make your stay as memorable and as serene as humanly possible. Stop searching. You are here.

This is a tremendous property. The house is architecturally beautiful and in a great spot. At the same time, it is comfortable and cozy - perfect for our family reunion after almost 2 years. And Meaghan was always there to help.

Perfect Christmas

We had a lengthy rental here. Almost 4 weeks. The owner was great to deal with and very helpful getting us setup with being in whistler as much as the house. We had a little issue with the dryer and they were right on top of it. Rooms are great, beautiful design. Quick walk to the gondola. We loved it and will be there again

Lovely to meet!
It is such a pleasure to be able to welcome people to my family chalet in Whistler. Having moved from Sydney back to beautiful B.C, it is wonderful to be able to host people in a town that is so fond to me, Whistler. Whistler made me who I am today for so many reasons. There are endless things things to do, so many great people to meet and a special atmosphere that is truly unique to this part of the world. I am obsessed with snowboarding, love to travel and will give any activity a go, especially if it involves the outdoors.

My partner and I both work freelance and spend our time finding the sweet balance between work and play (although play usually wins). Some of the places we have fallen in love with are Portland, Whistler, Tokyo (and the rest of Japan), San Francisco, Canggu, Nusa Lembongan, Sydney, Mendocino, Mt. Hood and Vancouver (that's why we live here!). We have so many places on our to visit and experience list and that's another reason why hosting guests from all around the world brings us so much joy.

Having lived in Whistler for many years now, I can tell you that this is one of the most beautiful and unique properties in town. Growing up and having only dreamed to live in Kadenwood, it brings me great joy to have a space here now that I can share with guests, friends and family. My family and I spend at least 40% of the year in Whistler so this house is definitely our home. We take great pride in having a piece of Whistler to call our very own and know that you will absolutely love your mountain experience here, in this spot.
Looking right onto a private ski run, you can spend days just enjoying the view. The space is set up for alfresco style living so in the Summer you can enjoy both indoors and outdoors equally.
You will have access to a private gondola so get ready to enjoy those fresh tracks/laps, the one-of-a-kind view, or simply enjoy taking a ride to Creekside for a fresh coffee and pastry.
