Ihr Haus am See ist ein Maisonette-Haus im Maisonette-Stil. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind komplett eingerichtet und brauchen keine Bettwäsche mitzubringen. Wir haben alles, was Sie brauchen, genau hier. Inklusive 3 Kajaks und Schwimmwesten. Es gibt Parkplätze abseits der Straße für 2 Autos. Diese Miete ist die hintere Hälfte des Hauses hinter Houseworks Realty. Gehen Sie von der Wohnung aus durch die Glasschiebetür aus dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer / Küche und genießen Sie das riesige 30 x 10-Deck mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm, Stühlen / Lounges und Propangas-Grill. Ein paar Schritte nach unten bringt Sie zum Garten mit Strand und Steg. Gehen Sie schwimmen, angeln, bringen Sie Ihr Boot, Jet Ski oder Segelboot und machen Sie am Haus fest. Lake Lashaway ist ein voller Erholungssee. Es gibt eine öffentliche Bootsrampe am See. Unsere Miete schläft 4 und hat 2 Schlafzimmer (1 König, 1 Königin), ungefähr 1000 sq ft. Wir verfügen über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit, eine große Küche (Kochutensilien vorhanden), einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Elektroherd und einen TV mit CD- und DVD-Player. Die Wohnzimmer Annehmlichkeiten gehören Lederliege Couch & Lederliegestuhl, Flachbild-TV & DVD-Player und große Schieberegler auf Deck überhängenden schönen Lake Lashaway. Sie werden es lieben auf unserer übergroßen Terrasse und den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen zu entspannen! Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TVs. Wir sind nah an der Brimfield Flohmarkt, Obstgärten, Golfen, Sturbridge Village. Zu Fuß erreichbar: 1 Block zu Fuß zur 308 Lakeside, einem feinen Restaurant am See, einem hübschen Frühstücksraum nebenan, einem Pizza-Laden auf der anderen Straßenseite sowie einer Bar mit Live-Musik an 4 Abenden pro Woche, einem Landladen mit Bier und Wein und die Post. Es gibt auch Sommerkonzerte am Donnerstag zu Fuß erreichbar. 4 Nächte Minimum.

Der Sommer ist eine gute Zeit, um mit Angeln, Bootfahren, Jet-Ski, Schwimmen, Kajak / Kanu fahren und vieles mehr besuchen! Wir verfügen über eine Dockingstation, so dass Sie Ihr Boot für Ihren Genuss zu bringen. Der Herbst ist auch eine schöne Zeit, um das Laub zu sehen.

Lake Lashaway ist ein vollständig erholsamer See, der 293 Hektar groß ist. Die durchschnittliche Tiefe beträgt 10 Fuß (05 m 3) mit der maximalen Tiefe von etwa 18 Fuß (49 m 5.). Das Wasser ist in der Farbe braun und ziemlich warm im Sommer. Zahlreiche Häuser und Hütten säumen das Ufer und sind Sommerresidenz für viele und Vollzeitwohnsitze für andere. Es gibt eine öffentliche Bootsrampe, so zögern Sie Ihr Boot oder Jet-Ski zu bringen.

Wenn Sie gerne angeln, können Sie am Lake Lashaway viele warme Wasserfische angeln. Eine Umfrage im Jahr 1994 ergab, dreizehn Arten, darunter große und kleine Mund Bass, Kette Pickerel, gelbe Stange, weiß Barsch, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Braun und Gelb Bullhead, Golden Shiner und Sauger. Der See wurde mit Northern Pike in der Vergangenheit bestückt.

Quite little lake house

The three of where in town for a long weekend and the place was great for our stay. The deck overlooking the lake was magnificent! Short walk to several dining options and a short drive the other attractions. Hosts were excellent. We will be back next year!

Lakeside Relaxation with Great Host

The best part off this property is being able to sit on the back deck and watch all the action on the lake. Lots of people have boats that they cruise the lake, pull kids on floats (look out for the unicorn) and fish with. Sunrises and Sunsets are beautiful. Pull up a chair, take a seat and just be. Cindy is a fantastic host and was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay.

Laidback at Lake Lashaway

This is an excellent place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The view of the lake is beautiful and the location is convenient to many activities and stores yet when sitting out on the deck it feels like civilization is far away. We were lucky enough to be in town for the July 4th fireworks which were amazing. We enjoyed the candlepin bowling - 2 alleys are nearby. The Metro Bistrot is a great French restaurants only 20 minutes away for a special night out. Cindy was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions as well as giving info on local events such as the fireworks and local outdoor concerts. We would definitely come back!!

4 day Vacation $1500 plus $89 insurance

My daughter needed a break so I sent her on a 4 day rest to a lake house. I find out the owner lives downstairs with a dog and the patio is off limits. I also see a hot tub advertising but no hot tub there. The house was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed her stay along with the activities on the lake. Then I get a notice that there’s damage and a file is being claimed. My daughter states the plastic window blind rod was broken and taped when she arrived and it cost $1.

Everything you need is either in the house or outside. It was a wonderful retreat, fully stocked and lots of "toys" for the water. Absolutely loved it and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend this property.

Home Away from Home!

Very charming place to stay. The lake view is awesome! The house had everything you could possibly need, a true home away from home and it was spotless! Cindy was very helpful in helping us get settled in and could not have been nicer. Although the property is on a main street, you do not hear the traffic at all in the house and what you can hear on the deck is minimal. The house is also within walking distance to several places to eat which was really convenient, although I could have cooked a gourmet meal with how well the kitchen was stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever want to return to the Brimfield Flea Maket, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

The lake was beautiful. Cindy and Cliff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the view of lake, kayaking was fun. Being on main street was a downfall. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, except for the no stick frying pan we bought for them which is a must. I would brighten up the kitchen area, rather than have it so dark. Just suggestions to better the visual part of it as we enjoyed our stay but some things,could be changed to better the stay for guests. Rooms were good sizes, but lighter colors would really change the character of the cottage . Anne & John

Always the best, like coming home

This was our third time staying there, the view of the lake is wonderful and peaceful, close to any and all attractions in the area. The owners are on site and friendly and helpful, they make sure you are welcome and comfortable. We can't wait to see you again next year.

Wonderful

We can highly recommend the appartment. The kitchen has all you need for cooking, the beds are comfortable. The appartment is very clean and we loved it to be there. All the time we went to the windows for to look over the lake. It was so beautiful. And if you like to swim, it is perfect. Only a few steps and you are in the water. Thanks so much, Cindy and Cliff. If it would be possible in the future we will come back.

Did not stay, but the interaction says it all

My grandmother was put on hospice, and I got a call from my mother than she'd flown to Mass to be by her mother's side. She asked me to come, and I needed to quickly locate a house so that she could stay with me. I left a message for Cindy, she returned my call promptly, and I was able to book. Later that afternoon, my grandmother passed away. My mother called and told me not to come, that they would be holding a service for her, but not until later in the year. At this point I thought for sure I'd be out the money I paid for the house, but Cindy returned my message and let me know that they would be refunding it to me. I was shocked, and extremely happy. They made an already stressful and difficult time so much less difficult. I do look forward to staying with them in the future, but in the mean time, I cannot say enough about their generosity.

Beautiful view, peaceful

This is our third year staying here, it never disappoints, we love the views from the deck, the peace and quiet, and the close location to so many attractions. Cliff and Condy are wonderful and address any issue you may have. As always we look forward to next year and really hate to leave

Peace on the Lake

This was our second year, and it was as wonderful as the previous year. Cliff and Cindy go out of their way to make the stay great. Great location, wonderful views, peaceful. Can't wait till next year.

Great location, wonderful views, quiet, peaceful.

Stayed here for a month. Loved it. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, with wifi, flat screen TVs, excellent washer and dryer, cell phone service, memory foam mattresses. Blissfully quiet. Off street parking. 2 restaurants, pizza place and a local tavern within 100 yards. Cindy and Cliff are great folks, helpful in every way.

Fantastic holiday!

This was the best holiday ever! Not only was the house fully equipped for everything, the owners Cindy and Cliff were only too happy to supply us with whatever we thought we needed! Fresh fluffy towels, super clean home, wonderfully comfortable beds and seating inside and out. The lake is dreamy, yet you are never far away from somewhere interesting to go to, that is if you can tear yourself away from the lake! Glorious sunsets every night together with a sun filled deck for breakfast, what more can you want? We came here to be together with friends we don't get to see very often and it was perfect. There is total privacy ...I could go on and on. I would recommend this place to anyone it was truly a five star vacation, we will be back!

Zu Gast bei Cliff & Cindy Leinonen

Cliff and Cindy are local real estate experts in the Brookfields and surrounding towns. We own our own real estate office and have been in the business since 2000. We are now licensed in MA & VT. We have been a couple for 20+ years and got married in 2009. We have lived in the area our entire lives. Cliff graduated from UMass Lowell and Cindy graduated from Quinsigamond Community College. Both with degrees in Business Management.

We bought this property because we love to travel and unwind. This home provided us an opportunity to be close to everything and run our business from home, being it is a downtown location while having the luxury of lakeside living. We enjoy having restaurants next door and across the street as well as a small bar soon to reopen. There are also breweries, churches, golf, bowling, grocery stores, Petruzzi's farm, farmer's market, Klem's, etc. within minutes of our home. It was the perfect location for us.

Our home directly overhangs the water. You don't have to walk far to be relaxing by the beach. You can walk to local restaurants and bars which are across the street and next door. You can also walk to the town beach which is less than a mile away.

Sitting out on the deck in the evening with a nice glass of wine watching the sunset is always a favorite of ours and our guests. The views are amazing!

We do have a beach to sit and relax on and put your toes in the water if you don't want to swim. A lot of houses on the lake do not have an actual sandy area. We do!
