Enjoy your stay in our one bedroom deluxe suite on the 32nd floor (Tower 1) overlooking the pool. Located in the heart of Las Vegas just walking distance from New York New York, the Pink Flamingo and Margaritaville. Also right next to Top Golf for some adult or family fun. This suite includes a king bed, queen sized pull out couch, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and jet tub.
NOTE: This unit does NOT have a balcony.

Take advantage of the FREE valet parking, private guest check-in, FREE WiFi, Starbucks on the main floor, workout gym and pool! The pool is 21 and over in Tower 1 and there is a kid friendly pool just a short distance in Tower 2.

Lovely stay

Lovely apartment in Tower 1 of the MGM Signature. Our only complaint was that the safe did not work. Other than that, the location was great, the apartment was quiet and had all of the amenities you need. The bed was quite comfortable as well.

Clean and comfortable

What a great room for a family. We were there for our daughter’s competition, and we enjoyed the easy access in and out of the towers without having to walk our kids through a smoky casino. There was ample space for our family of four, everything was clean and comfy. We had groceries delivered as well. Great stay thank you again.comfortable,

Excellent accommodation, very clean!

This property is in Tower 1 of the Signature at MGM, and suited our needs perfectly. Spotless throughout and provides everything you need at a good price. There is now a bar, opposite the Starbucks on the ground floor of Tower 1 and all staff were very professional at all times.There are moving walkways to the MGM Grand itself and no resort fees due on this property but be very careful who you rent from, otherwise you may have to pay 50 per night resort fees depending on who runs each individual room.Would love to return sometime.

Great place!

I really enjoy staying at the Signature, this was a great room, just off the strip, close enough to walk to the monorail and all of the great restaurants at MGM, but not in the casino.Room was very comfortable and clean.I'll return her for sure.Thanks!

We had an amazing time!

Our room was exactly as described and was very clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating to our early arrival and late checkout. I did a lot of research of the area to find something that we could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. We found this location to be perfect!! We would definitely stay again.

Great location

My wife and I stayed here for my 69th birthday and couldn’t be happier with the property. Everything was perfect for our stay and it was in tower 1 which is always a plus. Close to the casino and pool, even though we didn’t use the mgm pool this time. We have stayed in various units at this property but this unit is one of the cleanest, well kept units we’ve stayed at and would stay here again!!

This place was perfect for our Vegas trip. Close to the strip and the monorail. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette had everything I needed and then some. The restroom was very roomy. The place was very peaceful and quite. I would totally stay here again

Pros Great condo very clean Kitchenette was nicely provisioned Good location Free parking was awesome Cons Pools were a little crowded for our taste. No daily linens I don’t think the thermostat was accurate - we had it as low as it could go and were a little warm at night but we also like a really cold room

PH room with good security. Good location, can walk to stores and other hotels. Starbucks down below. Quiet room. The only downside was the pool was closed and you could walk to the lazy river and other pools (shared with the other hotels) but you had to buy inner tubes and the times varied for free access. We thought they were just included with the hotel room. Set area for Ubers to pick you up. Overall, good experience. Loved how owner let us check in early or late, all you had to do was just let her know so she could plan accordingly.

Great location for attending Allegiant Stadium

Very impressed with the room and amenities. We were given early check in (asked for about 1.5 hours) and were able to enjoy the lazy river for a few hours that day. Access to the MGM pools and lazy river was great, and very easy to get to. This location is very convenient to getting the tram from Excalibur to Mandalay Bay for an event at Allegiant. Highly recommended.
