BEST LOCATION IN BRECKENRIDGE!!!! This condo is a desirable corner unit conveniently located in Peak 9 Inn at The Village at Breckenridge. The condo is ski-in/ski-out located at the bottom of the Quicksilver SuperChair Lift, and only steps to the wonderful Main St. of Breckenridge! The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay, and is updated with granite counter-tops, as well as, the bathroom. Towels and linens will be provided, and the unit is professionally cleaned before your stay!

The space
This cozy, corner condo has extra windows that allow for more natural light and views than other condos in Peak 9 Inn. Excellent mountain views out both the living room and kitchen. The condo provides a king-size bed and a sofa sleeper that opens into a queen-size bed! Enjoy a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI. Additionally, this condo is conveniently located in the same building as the indoor-outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, workout facility, and social area with games, which have all been recently remodeled!!!!

Parking:
Parking in Breckenridge can be very limited depending on the time of year. Parking is not included with renting. However, parking is available through The Village at check-in for a fee. The parking at The Village is located underground right below Peak 9 Inn and heated in the winter! There are also other surface-parking options in Breckenridge, but would not be located at The Village.

If you are flying into Denver, it is encouraged to take one of the shuttle services to Breckenridge as once you are here everything is within walking distance (i.e.: ski slopes, Main St., shops, restaurants, etc)! The Village is also right on the drop-off point for the shuttles too!

Breck Ski Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. It is less than 5 minutes to the Quicksilver Lift and is close to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The condo unit was clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. While we didn't use the kitchenette, it is sizable. Our host, James, was extremely responsive to questions and worked some magic to reserve a parking spot for us at the last minute. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location and good property

The property is clean and efficient. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the town and near the slopes. The only (very little) issues were the king bed is really too big for the room, so it leaves even less room in a small area, and the check-in process. We arrived after 10pm, so we had to go to a different location to check-in. All said, this is a wonderful spot to stay in Breck and we would stay here again.

Awesome everything!

We came to Breck in the summer for a wedding and we were generally familiar with the Village however had never stayed there. The small studio unit was perfect for our family of 2.5. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for everything we needed to access and we didn't move our car once. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just an FYI..there is no AC in the summer in many places, but we are from AZ so we like it a little warmer. There was an evap unit in the room that we did use but the cool, fresh mountain air was just fine for us. Would love to be able to come back in the winter and will certainly keep this unit on our wish list!

Location location location

The property had everything we needed for our short ski trip in Breckenridge. We didn’t use the stocked kitchen since we went out for all of our meals. The property was ideally located next to the chair lift and also close to Main Street where we could walk to shops and restaurants.

Getaway stay in the mountains

Great location, clean unit and no need for a car as everything is walkable and if you want more, take one of the many buses that are free. A fantastic journey to view the fall foliage and enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer.

The flat has the best location ever, everything is in walking distance. The hot tubs are perfect in the evening. The flat was small, but enough space for our family. The room wasn't spotless but this wasn't the fault of the owner.

Great place!

We always stay in The Village at Breckenridge and have been in a number of studios. This was, by far, the most updated unit and arranged nicely for being a studio. Suitable for a family of four. Kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities. Space was very clean with the exception of dust on surfaces. Location is perfect for easy access to the Quicksilver chair and for ski school. There are so many restaurants, shops and groceries within a 10 minute walk. The building’s lounge area has been updated and is a lot of fun for the entire family. Front desk staff have always been very helpful and the owner was very responsive as well!

Amazing!

We had such a great time! The property is exactly as listed. We chose to stay here for the convenience of getting to and from the slopes. It did not disappoint! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants on Main St. We did not have to use our car whatsoever. I would highly recommend for those wanting a short walk to the slopes! We will definitely be back.

Easy, convenient comfortable- PERFECT

The location is perfect. It is right next to Peak 9/10. When those peaks are closed, you are steps away from the bus that takes you directly to Peak 7 and 8. Place is perfect for 2- 3 people. King bed is super comfortable. The corner room allows you to look at the mountains and yet be far enough away from the elevator. James is super nice and responsive. A car is not necessary as all things are within .8 miles including a large grocery store.

Lack of parking and laundry

Neither complaint is a deal breaker, but the lack of parking should be made more clear in your description. Likewise, the lack of in-unit laundry was also not made clear in your description. Felt a little bait-and-switched. Ended up parking T the ice rink, which was 10-15 minute walk. Again, not a deal breaker, but felt a little taken as at of.

Such an amazing time!

We had an amazing time here in Breckenridge. James responded to us quickly and answered all our questions. The condo was REALLY nice and in walking distance to our ski-slope and a few minutes to everything else in Breckenridge. The condo was a great size, very clean, and had everything we needed to have a nice relaxing vacation! Definitely recommend this to everyone who is interested in staying at The Village at Breckenridge! We will definitely be coming back next year!
