La Ferme des Frasses is located 500m from the Boulangère ski lift, one of the entry points to the Espace Diamant and 1.5km from the ski school. This magnificent farm, completely renovated, is made up of 2 accommodations: that on the ground floor, intended for rental, has been tastefully renovated while preserving the authenticity of the place; that of the first floor is occupied by the owners on an occasional basis. Village center 5km. In winter, bread and snacks 1.5km away.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with their own particularity. Les Frasses, or NDB 1450, is a very sunny area and a gateway to the Espace Diamant for good skiers. Be careful, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 9km away.

145m² apartment in a renovated farm, for eight people. Located on the ground floor, you will appreciate its large east terrace, and its exceptional view of Mont Charin and the valley.

OUR OPINION: Charming apartment tastefully renovated in an old farm. Large living rooms. Very large terrace located to the EAST, sheltered from the wind, with a clear panorama. Very nice decoration. A dream vacation in an authentic setting. Please note: the accommodation is an old Savoyard farm, which is why the ceiling height in the kitchen/dining room is approximately 1m80 max.
