Enjoy your stay on Tybee in our cozy beach house apartment! You won’t want to leave the porch. The main floor of a 1900 historic home turned beach cottage, daydream away to a simpler place and time. A 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants on the historic North side of the Island, our home was used to transition incoming soldiers during WWI-II. And did we mention the awesome porch? Across a dirt road from Jaycee Park, new running paths, and the new city playground. Wifi, parking, beach chairs, and umbrella.

Room to stretch out and a stay a while. Our main spaces include the front porch with porch swing and 4 rocking chairs, a cozy living room with tv, games, and lush couch sectional, our grand dining room that seats 8, breakfast nook, 1.0 baths, fully-stocked kitchen (we live here part-time), two bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen bed.


Our space also includes access to the outdoors - the side yard (including a grill and a sitting area) is shared between lower and upper unit, as are the borrowable items in and around the shed (beach chairs, tent and body boards)

We have an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off bodies and feet before coming back inside. It is on the left walkway of the home and is shared between the units.
