Santa Fe Luxury with prime location

Deb is a retired attorney who is passionate about art and John is a retired university professor of hotel and restaurant management.

Casa Marquez was bought as our second home because we visited Santa Fe so often. And now we have moved here to Santa Fe full time. The location is perfect as it is close to most everything that Santa Fe has to offer. We have outfitted it to be exactly what we like when we stayed here. Warm and comfortable. Everything that you would need or like to rest and relax after spending time in wonderful Santa Fe.

The kitchen has glass metallic backsplash and quartz counter tops with a breakfast bar with four stools. It flows into the open space with a desk, a dining table with four chairs, and a crystal hoop chandelier above. The living area has two soft velveteen couches to relax and watch TV. The bottom level floors are stained concrete, with warm accent rugs, and off to the side of the kitchen is a bathroom with a hydrotherapy shower. Upstairs in the loft is a master bedroom with large closets and drawer space for clothes and a well appointed bathroom with hydrotherapy shower. The loft opens up to the outside with double doors to a deck with table and chairs.
