There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 30 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Family Friendly and Well Equipped Unit

We stayed at the townhouse for a long weekend and we are very happy with what the unit has to offer. Ample space for the six of us and plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. for us to prepare breakfast at the unit. Beds are comfortable, spacious living areas, and very clean! Harmony Whistler provided very clear check in/out instructions, and the email reminders are also helpful. We will definitely look up this unit again the next time we visit.

Great location

This was the perfect size and layout for our 3 teen boys and ourselves. The place was clean and comfortable and close the village. Only thing was a late night party at one of the neighbours kept us up one night. Otherwise, all great.

A wonderful stay

This is the perfect place to stay at Whistler. The home is super spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which is a real treat when travelling with a group. The kitchen is super well equipped with high quality cooking materials and lots of room to prep and entertain. The beds are incredibly comfortable and from the master bedroom, there are large windows that face the forest so you feel like you're in the tree tops. The view from the living and dining room is fantastic. You have an unrestricted view of all of Whistler and Blackcomb. Best of all, it's just a short walk to the village so we parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it the entire time we were there.

Clean and convenient

The cleanliness of a property is always the most important aspect for me, and this place was exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. The appliances are high end. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub after downhill mountain biking. The location is ideal, just a short walk into the Village. The property management company was quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful Condo w/ Impeccable Serivce

We had to book a unit through Harmony at the last minute (literally the last minute, as I booked it at 8pm the night we stayed in it!) due to a cancellation from another company. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got into the unit the first night and everything was great. The townhome was perfect for our group, and it's such a great location for our needs. We'll definitely be staying there in the future!

Great location, Views and Overall property

Overall the property and stay was very good. A few things that could improve the stay for future are the following; (1) The code didn't work at check in, had to call to get a new one. (2) The barbecue was quite small, and electric. (3) The outdoor furniture was a little uncomfortable and outdated. However, on the great side; (1) The bedrooms were very comfortable. (2) The hot tub was hot and large, fantastic. (3) The location was great as well. (4) The views of the mountains were amazing.

Great spot!

Really nice place to make home base for a few days of mountain biking! Plenty of space for 6 people, but would probably feel tight with more. The property management people were very responsive when we reached out with a question about the electronic door lock. Having the garage and boot/glove dryer was clutch for wet gear. Honestly, my only complaint is that the boot dryer is on a timer and you don’t have control over when it comes on, which did leave us with some damp gear a couple times. Would definitely come back, though.

Great location for a Whistler stay

Pros: close to the village, fairly well-stocked kitchen (wish there was a blender), comfortable beds, hot tub Cons: It gets very hot upstairs when you cook, couches are very small in the living room, no soap dishes, small electric grill. We enjoyed our stay, but were very shocked and disappointed when the rental company claimed we left the place extra messy (*we didn't) and tried to charge us an additional fee for cleaning after already paying the included cleaning fee. Plus they tried to charge us for a damaged item that we didn't use during our stay. On the plus side, after multiple emails, they were responsive to us when we complained.

Relaxing Family Holiday

Our family's stay at 4817 Montebello was very relaxing and enjoyable. The home provided us with everything we needed. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious. Fully appreciated the welcome note and an amazing bottle of wine. It is one of our fave local wineries. Thanks very much for that. A few suggestions for future bookings: 1. We couldn't find a colander /pasta strainer anywhere in the kitchen. Just a suggestion that one is provided. Otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. 2. White coffee/tea cups are fairly stained ( brown). We tried scrubbing the stain off but were unsuccessful. Just a suggestion to maybe have them better cleaned if possible or replaced. 3. While the home was fully cleaned and made ready for us just a small suggestion to potentially look at those areas that are not being regularly cleaned but do collect dust, such as wooden window blinds. They had a lot of dust accumulated on them. Again, thank you for ensuring that our family vacation was enjoyable and relaxing. Sladjana w/ family.

Perfect stay for bike park

My friends and I were looking for accommodation when we were staying in Whistler for the bike park over the weekend. I originally booked a place in the village but was not satisfied with the security the condo provided for our bikes. This townhouse has a garage and was perfect to securely store our bikes. Well worth the peace of mind. The townhouse is spacious and very comfortable for 6 guests. Having 3 bathrooms was great, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The A/C was not working and I was only informed of it several hours before getting there. I was very disappointed as it was one of the criteria’s because of the recent heat wave. The host was unable to fix it in time and only provided a couple additional fans. Luckily the weather cooled off so we managed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, the communication with the host, and would stay here again.
