With a surface area of 50 m², this beautiful house can accommodate 2 travellers and consists of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a large garden and terrace from which you can admire the sublime view.

The house:
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright living room equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan and a beautiful functional fireplace.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, ice maker, plancha, crockery and cutlery...
- A beautiful veranda accessible from the living room with a dining area, a sofa and a ceiling fan.
- An office with a wardrobe and a washing machine.

Night area, accessible by 3 steps:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a large wardrobe as well as an adjoining bathroom, open to the bedroom, with a large corner bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A large gravelled garden of about 250 m², fenced and equipped with aromatic plants to decorate your dishes, garden furniture and a parasol!
- A raised terrace, sheltered by a pergola and fitted out with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor oven to enjoy a good meal while admiring the splendid view of the Etang de Berre.

- Start of the GR 2013 at 750 m (10 min walk).
- Bottaï Beach and the Grande Plage de Fos sur Mer located at about 15 km (19 min by car).

Numerous festivities make Istres one of the most dynamic cities in the South of France. On the programme: Feria d'Istres, Jeudis étoilés and its fireworks, Festival Les Nuits d'Istres, Traditional festivals of Istres...
