Dieses schöne Stadthaus in den Bergen bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine Sitzecke. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, eine Luxus-Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und Marmorböden. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Das Schlafzimmer auf Terrassenebene verfügt über ein großes Etagenbett mit ausziehbarem Bett, in dem zwei Erwachsene oder vier Kinder schlafen können. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad und eine Sitzecke. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kabel-TV.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Kamin, einen Essbereich, Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Die schöne Küche verfügt über Granit, erstklassige Geräte und eine Essecke mit einem zweiten Kamin. Ein neuer, privater Whirlpool wurde im August 2004 installiert.

Great 4 days in Winter Park

There were 7 adults and we found the townhome just perfect for our stay! The townhome was so warm and inviting! The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, and appliances! We did almost all our eating around the big table! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! A great stay that will fill our hearts for years!

Excellent location and setup. Great space with lots of areas for multiple hangout areas - ideal for our group of 10. Easy access to ski shuttle and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Owner super easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Family celebration

Property worked well for my family celebration. Quick drive to resort for skiing and snowshoeing, close to shuttle as well, walkable for restaurants and groceries. Well equipped for cooking. Coffeemaker was unique, have never used one that stores coffee inside after made. Parking great, close to overflow parking in the complex. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Great Property for Extended Family

My family, my brother's family, and my father stayed at this property for our Winter Park ski trip. The condo is beautiful! It was great to have plenty of space, and we all enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. The shuttle to the mountain and town is a short walk (about a block) from the front door of the condo - super convenient. We enjoyed Randi (Irish pub) which is just outside the condo complex. The kids also loved the beautiful aquatic center downtown. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and left us a welcome note and bottle of wine. I would recommend this property to family & friends.

Great property for a large group. Our group was 4 senior couples. The biggest complaint was the steps. Just a few adjustments could be made such as; more garbage cans throughout, better coffee pot, the shower head in the main bathroom needs an upgrade as well as the mattress that is much too hard. Minor stuff and we would love to visit again. Can't beat the location.

Beautiful house with all the extras!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We had three families with all different ages and there was something for everyone. The bedrooms are laid out so that everyone has space when they needed it and the kids’ area downstairs was great for the teens to have their own space. The private hot tub was a great way to end the day. The kitchen was stocked with all of the amenities. We lacked nothing for our Thanksgiving dinner. Note: There are a lot of stairs so that might be something to think about if you have older folks in your group. (Half flight from front door to living/dining area, another half flight to the kitchen, then another flight up to the bedrooms, so there’s lots of up and down.) But overall, we loved it! Thanks for sharing your home!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

Our daughter's home is too small to accommodate the whole family for a proper Thanksgiving celebration, so we booked Carolee's home. She was very helpful from the start and was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The townhome is nicely decorated and well-equipped for baking and cooking. Some guests have mentioned the four levels of the home, requiring lots of trips up and down stairs...good exercise at altitude! This was actually an advantage, giving each family member some private space to get away from the buzz. The bunk room in the lower level is like a junior man cave, which the two teenage boys really enjoyed. The hot tub is an added benefit. The only suggestion I have for Carolee and Bob is to create a binder with instructions for the entertainment systems, special kitchen equipment, hot tub, and garbage disposal...FAQ's. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Amazing place to stay. Carole was amazing and answered all of my questions. The only hiccup we had was that there is a cat apparently comes to the house frequently so some of our party had to use a lot of allergy medicine. Would definitely recommend this place though.

Family Ski Trip

Our family of 8 enjoyed this location very much. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other. The Hot Tub was a big hit after a full day of skiing. Lift Shuttle is only a couple hundred yards walk. Location near the center of town with easy access to eating. Only draw back is there are a lot of stairs in this unit. However, the positives far out weigh the only negative.

The unit was very spacious! It was a great place to have a family reunion. The owner provided many extra supplies, amble linens, and many games. We would recommend this beautiful townhouse for anyone who loves the outdoors. It is walkable to many good restaurants and about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountan national Park where we spent a lot of time.
