Very few condos at Cabo San Lucas are at this perfect location right at the ocean edge overlooking the sandy beach and Pacific ocean. From your patio you can watch the sunrise and sunset each day. You are so close, there is no need for binoculars to see the whales. We have completely renovated this condo and it is a spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that is highly sought after for rental dates. We have our nightly rate very affordable and hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do when we stay.

We have 3 condos available for rent from one of the very few condominium complexes that allow full ownership and are not Time Share. They are at Terrasol which is a beautiful and secluded area considered very secluded and quiet. My wife and I have come to Cabo for many years and through our time at Cabo we have discovered great restaurants, best priced car rental, scuba shops, dinner cruises, and other resources and activities. There is a FAQ I have built which I can email you upon request. It provides some additional insight on what may be a good ideas, ways to avoid challenges or unnecessary costs to your vacation.

We discovered the Terrasol resort as our home away from home. It is a beautifully maintained, quiet, beach condo complex that is very inexpensive to rent and will not disappoint if you rent one of my newly renovated condos or any others from Terrasol that have been recently renovated. Terrasol is the place to stay if you want peace-and-quiet while you are there and not party music all the time like many places at Cabo. Go out, have fun and come home to the peace-and-quiet atmosphere.

It includes a WONDERFUL Palapa restaurant and bar that has a swim-up bar adjoined to a swimming pool. There is also a fountain wading pool, and a large lap pool that looks out to the ocean edge. Some guests have fished right off the beach at Terrasol and frequently have success. Bring the fish to the Palapa bar and they will clean and cook it for you. Terrasol is gated and secure and at a prime location on the beach facing the Pacific Ocean and 5-10 minutes walk to the marina to restaurants, scuba shops, fishing excursions (Marlin and other big sport fish), shopping and clubs. Or take an Uber if you like.

The exchange rate for pesos to dollars is VERY favorable and will give you quite a bargain for most all your activities.

I have 3 condos at Terrasol. Search for listing 902199 and 902201. Ask me to email you my Cabo Frequently Asked Questions and it will contain many ideas and helpful information including some great advice from car rental versus shuttle, activities, what to look for, and why my wife and I chose Terrasol as our favorite place to stay after visiting Cabo for many years.

CABO IS SAFE: Terrasol in particular is very safe. Gated only to keep solicitors our really. Ask yourself if your city that you live in is safer than Cabo. Likely Cabo is much safer that most United States cities.

Many people stay at hotels and time share condos. The hotels are not near the marina or Lover’s Beach and most of the shops. The arch and Neptune’s Point is the most beautiful and significant area of Cabo San Lucas. This area extends from where the marina is located and will require a cab ride or very long walk to get to the marina if you are staying at the hotels. Most people are likely unaware that Terrasol exists at an optimum location on the beach facing the Pacific ocean where you can see and hear the magnificent waves crash on the shoreline from my Terrasol condos. I have this large 3 bedroom with king sized beds and 3 bathroom condo and I have another listing of a 1 bed condo that is also listed on VRBO under listing 902199. My third condo is the same design and size as the listing 902199.

SMART IDEA: Pull up an online map and zoom in to Terrasol Cabo San Lucas. It will give you a nice perspective of where we are located.

Terrasol has 3 pools. One swim-up Palapa bar pool, the fountain wading pool, and a large lap pool.

REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FEES:
SImilar to most owned condos at Cabo, Terrasol has a nightly fee that you pay directly to the front desk which is $19.50 per night for 2 people, For every additional 2 people you add $5. This is not charged 'per person' but as a whole amount. Example 2 people will have $19.50 per night to pay total.
Terrasol also has a one-time cleaning fee of $40. All of these fees are paid by you at the front desk when you arrive.
I do have a $200 fully refundable damage deposit which I receive directly from you which can be paid by check or venmo.
After you make your reservation, I will contact you directly and go over all of this and I will send you an esign receipt which is the same doc that VRBO will send to you after you make your reservation. My receipt to you is your assurance that you have paid me this money.

Family Spring Break

Condo served all 7 of us very nicely. Short walk to a beach where it was safe to swim. Both pools were nice and close. One pool nice and quiet and the other has a swim up bar and restaurant. Good food! Great view!

Fantastic place

Fantastic condo and location within the resort - it is literally the closest condo to the beach and pool. Completely unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean with boats to watch going to and fro. Very new, very upscale, very clean, had everything we needed, owner was very available to help with any issues. Just be advised the beach is not swimmable due to strong undertow, so if you want to be in the water the pool is your option there. We liked the location in town. Felt secluded all the way at the end of the cabo, but close enough to the marina and the heart of town to walk, although we used the taxis a lot to get around. Taxis were easier and better than uber for us They were always available to and from Terrasol for about $10 anywhere you wanted to go. The marina has lots of shops, restaurants. Walmart is a $10 taxi each way. Plenty of charters there for tours and fishing.

Outstanding stay and perfect location!!!

Found this location online and spoke with Walt directly. Right on the beach, right next to the pool, right next to the small restaurant on the property. Perfect size for six people, and having an unobstructed view of the beach was just perfect. 100% would book this location again. Thanks for the great stay Walt.

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS CONDO

This condo was STUNNING. No detail was spared. Luxury, location, and relaxation at it's finest. The community was quiet and peaceful. The view was breathtaking (and by that I mean watching whales breach from your balcony). The staff was so friendly and the food at the Palapa pool bar was as good as the view. Walt was so informative and easy to communicate with. If you want the best of the best, book this place. You WON'T regret it. We, ourselves, can't wait to return.

We have been renting at Terrasol for many years and finally decided make an investment with 3 properties at this wonderful resort. We like it hear because it is a QUIET and PEACEFUL place to stay. It is a gated and secure though really Cabo is a safe area anyway. But there won't be any solicitors at Terrasol and it is just nice to have that control of entry.

Many condo owners may provide you with the minimum stocked items. One roll of toilet paper (yes, believe it or not), and they leave it up to you to go to the store and buy all your products. We try to have it all there for you so you can arrive and just relax and not feel like you have to go off shopping for paper towels, coffee, etc. You can phone us any time from a provided phone that can call USA or Canada for free. We are available to help you any time to answer questions about good restaurants and places to visit. We really want your trip to be exceptional and want you to be happy and become a new friend with us for many years forward.
