Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. While public transportation is limited, the Sunshine Bus Company operates local routes, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Bike rentals can also be found nearby, providing a convenient way to explore historic downtown, local shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short ride away.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- A pet fee of $150 USD applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250 USD. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500 USD. Please note that if you leave your pet unattended on the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 USD fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
- There is a minimum charge of $45 USD for shipping any items after check-out.
